By signing up for Piyzi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this agreement.
1. Parties
This agreement is made between Piyzi Technology Inc. (Piyzi Teknoloji A.S.) and the individual or legal entity using the platform.
2. Service Description
Piyzi provides appointment management, CRM, financial tracking, automation, and AI-powered business management services.
3. User Obligations
Users agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws
- Provide accurate information
- Not misuse the platform
4. Prohibited Uses
- Fake appointments
- Spam
- Reverse engineering
- Illegal activities
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Payment and Subscriptions
- Subscriptions auto-renew
- A 4.29% commission applies to online transactions
- 14-day cancellation right applies
6. Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, interfaces, and content belong to Piyzi Technology Inc. (Piyzi Teknoloji A.S.).
7. Limitation of Liability
Piyzi's total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by the user.
8. Jurisdiction
Kocaeli (Gebze) Courts and Enforcement Offices (Turkey) have jurisdiction.
