PIYZI MEMBERSHIP AND TERMS OF USE

By signing up for Piyzi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this agreement.
1. Parties
This agreement is made between Piyzi Technology Inc. (Piyzi Teknoloji A.S.) and the individual or legal entity using the platform.
2. Service Description
Piyzi provides appointment management, CRM, financial tracking, automation, and AI-powered business management services.
Support access. To resolve the User's support request, investigate errors and settings, or help with setup, Piyzi's authorised support staff may access the User's account through a time-limited support session, without using the User's password and without separate approval. A support session can only be opened by Piyzi's authorised system administrators, with the reason for access recorded, and lasts at most 120 minutes; every action taken during the session is recorded under the support staff member's name. Changing the password, phone, e-mail or two-step verification settings, closing sessions, deleting the account or the business, and charging a saved payment method are not possible in a support session. Support staff use any information learned during this access only for support purposes and keep it confidential; this access falls within Piyzi's role as data processor.
3. User Obligations
Users agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws
- Provide accurate information
- Not misuse the platform
4. Prohibited Uses
- Fake appointments
- Spam
- Reverse engineering
- Illegal activities
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Payment and Subscriptions
- The Service is offered on a monthly or yearly subscription basis according to the selected plan; current prices are published on the pricing page.
- The subscription fee is collected in advance at the start of each period. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the period, according to the billing cycle chosen at checkout (monthly or yearly), by charging the same amount to the User's saved payment method; the User is informed of this at checkout and, by completing the payment, consents to the recurring charge. The User may cancel the renewal at any time from Account → Subscription; upon cancellation the Service continues until the end of the current period and no refund is made for the remaining time. If a charge fails, Piyzi may retry the charge for a reasonable period and may suspend access to the Service at the end of that period.
- Piyzi may change its prices; a change does not affect the current paid period and is announced before renewal.
- A 4.29% commission applies to online transactions
- 14-day cancellation right applies
6. Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, interfaces, and content belong to Piyzi Technology Inc. (Piyzi Teknoloji A.S.).
7. Limitation of Liability
Piyzi's total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by the user.
8. Jurisdiction
Kocaeli (Gebze) Courts and Enforcement Offices (Turkey) have jurisdiction.
