Making a product sale and the Sales page

Record a retail product sale; set the stock, discount and VAT details, then take the payment from the sales card the sale belongs to.

Last updated: 3 Ağustos 2026

The Sales page in the left menu gives you the breakdown of the products sold at your business. The New Product Sale button at the top right opens the sale window.

Recording a sale

  1. 1
    Enter the details

Pick the date of the sale. The customer and the sales consultant are not mandatory; you can select Cash Register instead of a consultant to record a counter sale.

  2. 2
    Add the products

Search for the product by its name or its barcode and add it to the list. On each line you can update the unit price, set the quantity with plus/minus, enter a discount percentage and a VAT rate, and write a description in the note. The remaining stock is shown on the line as well.

  3. 3
    Save

"Save Sale" completes the sale. The system asks whether you want to go to the sales card the sale belongs to and take the payment.

On the web a sale is always recorded without a payment; the payment is taken from the sales card page. If you want to enter the payment at the moment of sale, you can use the payment plan tab in the mobile app.

Stock behaviour

  • When the sale is recorded the product is deducted from stock automatically; when the sale is deleted the stock is restored, and when the quantity is changed it is updated by the difference.

  • If you try to add a product that is out of stock, the system gives a "Stock Warning" and asks whether you want to add it anyway.

  • If the remaining stock on the line goes negative, it is shown in red.

The sales list

The table has these columns: Date, Product, Customer, Sales Consultant, Quantity, Unit Price, Total, Source and Actions. The Source column shows whether the sale is linked to a sales card or is a direct sale. The eye icon at the end of the row takes you to the sales card the sale belongs to — editing, deleting and payment happen there.

The date filter at the top offers these options: All, Today, Yesterday, This Week, This Month, Last Month, Last 3 Months and Custom Date.

The Total Sales and Total Quantity cards at the top of the page only add up the records on the page you are viewing; use the Reports module for the turnover of the whole period.
