Follow what your customers owe you, spot overdue payments and record a collection in one click.

Last updated: 3 Ağustos 2026

The Receivables page lists what your customers owe you. Every payment you recorded as a receivable on a sales card or package sale appears here. The red badge next to the heading shows how many receivables are overdue.

Filters

  • Quick buttons: Overdue, This Week, Pending, Collected.

  • Due-date filter: All, Overdue, Today, This Week, This Month, Next Week, Next Month or a custom range.

  • Status: Pending, Collected, Cancelled.

  • Sorting (nearest/furthest due date, highest/lowest amount) and amount range.

Collecting

  1. 1
    Click Collect

The green icon on the receivable row opens the "Receivable Collection" dialog. The amount and customer are locked.

  2. 2
    Enter the payment details

Choose the payment method, add a note if you like, and save the collection.

A collected receivable appears as a completed payment on the Payments page and the customer's debt goes down. The link on the row takes you to the sales card or package the receivable came from.

Opening the list with the "Overdue" filter each morning and following up visibly improves your collection rate. You can also set up automatic SMS for receivables approaching their due date from the Automations module.

The whole Finance module is web-only; the mobile app has no expense, payment or receivable screens.
