Creating an SMS campaign and choosing your audience

Send bulk SMS with a three-step wizard; define your audience with a segment rule, a saved list or a manual selection.

Last updated: 3 Ağustos 2026

The Campaigns module in the left menu is for bulk SMS delivery. The module has four sections: Campaigns, Segments, Templates and Customer Lists.

Creating a campaign (3 steps)

  1. 1
    Audience

You decide who the campaign goes to in one of four ways:

  2. 2
    Template selection

You pick one of your saved templates. By selecting a customer you can preview live how the message will look for that person.

  3. 3
    Review and send

Write the campaign title. If you turn on the "Send at a later date" switch you choose a date and time; if it is off, the campaign is sent immediately. You can also save it as a draft.

Audience options

  • Segment rule: you build a rule from conditions such as gender, birth month, days since the last visit, total appointment count and active package status. You can require all conditions (AND) or any one of them (OR).

  • Saved segment: uses a rule set you saved earlier.

  • Saved list: targets the fixed customer list you created with "Save List" on the Customers page.

  • Manual selection: you tick customers one by one.

If you add no conditions at all, the campaign goes to every customer. Before sending, always check how many people you will reach with "Preview Audience".

Template variables

You can use five variables in templates: the customer's first name, last name, full name, remaining class/session count and the business name. Variables are personalised for each customer at send time.

Watch the character counter while writing a template: messages longer than 160 characters are sent as more than one SMS and cost more.

Delivery tracking

The campaign detail shows the total audience, sent, failed and pending counts along with the delivery progress. On the delivery logs tab you can follow who was reached one by one, and cancel the campaign if you need to.

Banned customers are never included in any campaign.
