Pi Store: enabling modules and integrations

Pi Store is where you manage which modules and integrations are enabled for your business. Open it from My Business → Pi Store in the left menu. Keeping the modules you do not use switched off keeps your menu simple.

Cards and categories

Each card shows the module or integration's name, a short description and its state: a green Connected badge when it is on, a red Not Connected badge when it is off; the bottom of the card says Free. The cards are grouped into seven categories:

• Marketing & visibility: Google Business Profile.

• Online Meeting: Google Calendar (Google Meet links for online appointments) and Zoom.

• Calendar: Calendar Subscription (seeing your appointments in your own calendar app).

• Artificial Intelligence: Piyzi MCP Server.

• Messaging: Meta WhatsApp Business, Instagram DM, Instagram Comments and Verimor (SMS).

• Payment Methods: Ödeal Physical POS and Paynkolay Virtual POS.

• Special Modules: Group Events, Class System, Facility Rental, Subscription Management, Digital Consent Forms, Body Measurement Tracking, Diet & Fitness Program, Appointment (Class) Planning, PiLink and Piyzi API.

Enabling a module

   Open the card

   When you click a card, the window that opens explains what the module is, what you can do with it and the situations where it helps you.

   Click Activate

   Special modules use an Activate button. The module is enabled, the page reloads and the card shows the Connected badge.

   Find the module in the menu

   The module you enabled is added to the left menu or to the customer card; the list below shows where.

For integrations (Google Business Profile, Google Calendar, Zoom, WhatsApp, Instagram, Verimor, Ödeal, Paynkolay) the button depends on the card — for example Sign In with Google, Connect with Zoom, Connect with Facebook, Connect with Instagram, Connect on the Verimor card, or Verify and connect on the Paynkolay card. Where does an enabled module appear?

• Group Events: Group Events in the left menu; a Group Events tab on the customer card.

• Class System: Class Management in the left menu (Overview, Classes, Sessions, Students); a Classes tab on the customer card.

• Facility Rental: Facility Rental in the left menu (Facility Calendar, Reservations, Facilities) and Facility Rental Report under Reports; a Rentals tab on the customer card.

• Subscription Management: Subscription Management in the left menu (Subscription Plans, Subscriptions, Check-in / Check-out Records); Access and Check-in History tabs on the customer card. This module is for the memberships you sell to your customers; your own Piyzi subscription is under Subscription Management in the profile menu.

• Digital Consent Forms: Consent Forms in the left menu; a Consent Forms tab on the customer card.

• Body Measurement Tracking: Body Measurements in the left menu (Measurement Templates, Measurement Records); Measurements and Goals tabs on the customer card.

• Diet & Fitness Program: Programs in the left menu (Program Templates, Program Assignments); a Programs tab on the customer card.

• Appointment (Class) Planning: no separate entry in the left menu; it appears as Appointment (Class) Planning in the Create menu on the top bar.

• PiLink: Marketplace → PiLink in the left menu.

• Piyzi API: My Business → Developer Tools.

• Messaging integrations: in the Messaging section of the left menu: Inbox (WhatsApp and Instagram DM), Instagram Comments and Google Reviews (Google Business Profile).

Menu entries also depend on the permissions in your role; if a module is on but you cannot see its menu, ask the business owner for the relevant permission.

Modules that start switched on

Depending on the business type chosen when the business was set up, some modules are on from the start and their cards show the Connected badge (the business types are shown in Turkish):

• Pilates Stüdyosu, Yoga Stüdyosu, Kişisel Eğitmen (PT), Dans Okulu, Dövüş ve Savunma Sanatları Okulu, Sanat ve Hobi Atölyesi, Müzik ve Kayıt Stüdyosu, Sürücü Kursu and Eğitim Kurumu (pilates and yoga studios, personal trainers, dance, martial arts, art, music and driving schools, education): Class System and Appointment (Class) Planning.

• Pilates Stüdyosu, Kişisel Eğitmen (PT), Diyetisyen and Fizyoterapist (pilates studios, personal trainers, dietitians, physiotherapists): Body Measurement Tracking.

• Kişisel Eğitmen (PT), Diyetisyen and Fizyoterapist: Diet & Fitness Program.

You can turn off any module you do not want as described below.

Disabling a module

An enabled module's window has a button to turn it off: Disconnect for Group Events, Class System, Subscription Management, Body Measurement Tracking and Diet & Fitness Program; Deactivate for Facility Rental, Digital Consent Forms, Appointment (Class) Planning, PiLink and Piyzi API. Once you confirm, the page reloads, the module disappears from the menu and the card shows the Not Connected badge. Your data is not deleted, so you pick up where you left off when you enable it again.

Permissions

Seeing the Pi Store page needs the “Can view integrations” permission (“Entegrasyonları görebilir” on the role screen); turning a module or integration on or off needs “Can set up integrations” (“Entegrasyonları yapabilir”). Without the second one, clicking a card opens nothing; only the Calendar Subscription, Piyzi MCP Server and Paynkolay Virtual POS windows open without it. Even with this permission, only the business owner can connect, test or remove the Paynkolay Virtual POS. You grant permissions in My Business → Settings → Roles & Permissions; the business owner can do everything.
