Creating and following a support ticket

If the help articles did not solve your problem, you can write directly to the Piyzi team. How to open a ticket, attach files, follow replies, mark it as resolved and reopen a closed ticket.

Last updated: 9 Ağustos 2026

If the help centre articles and Piyzi AI did not solve your problem, you can write to the Piyzi support team straight from the panel. The whole conversation stays inside the panel; you do not need to watch your inbox.

Getting to the support screen

  • Click the support icon in the top bar, or

  • Open the Help panel in the bottom-right corner and use the “Can't find what you're looking for? Create a support ticket” link at the bottom.

Both routes take you to My Support Tickets. Here you see every ticket you have opened with its subject, category, status and last message date; the tabs at the top filter by status.

Creating a new ticket

  1. On the My Support Tickets screen, click “New Ticket”.

  2. Summarise your problem in one sentence in the “Subject” field.

  3. Pick the closest option from the “Category” list: Billing, Technical Issue, Feature Request, Account or Other.

  4. Describe the problem in detail in the “Description” field.

  5. If needed, attach a screenshot or document with “Attach file” (optional).

  6. Click “Send”.

When reporting a problem, saying which screen you were on, which button you pressed and what the error message said speeds up the fix noticeably. Attaching a screenshot is the single most effective thing you can do.

Following your ticket

Clicking a ticket opens the conversation. Your messages are labelled You and our replies Piyzi Team. You can continue the conversation from the box at the bottom with “Send”, and attach files here too.

Ticket statuses

  • Open: the ticket reached us and is awaiting a reply.

  • Answered: the Piyzi team has replied; read it and carry on.

  • Pending: the ticket is waiting for extra information or an action from you.

  • Closed: the ticket has been resolved and closed.

Marking as resolved and reopening

If a reply solved your problem, click “My problem is solved” under the “Did this reply solve your problem?” prompt. You can keep writing after marking it — the ticket is not locked.

If the ticket has been closed you will see a “This ticket has been closed.” notice at the top. If you need to continue on the same subject, use “Reopen”; the earlier conversation is kept.

Support tickets go to the Piyzi team — not to your customers. To write to your customer, use the Messaging (WhatsApp/Instagram) module or SMS campaigns.
