Getting help: the help centre and the Piyzi AI assistant
Use the Help button in the bottom-right corner of the panel to reach articles about the page you are on, search the whole help centre, or ask Piyzi AI. If you still cannot find an answer, you can open a support ticket from the same place.

Whenever you get stuck in Piyzi you can get help without leaving the panel. The Help button in the bottom-right corner brings three things together: articles about the screen you are on, a search across all help content, and the Piyzi AI assistant that answers your questions.
Opening the help panel
Click the Help button in the bottom-right corner of the panel.
When the panel opens, the articles for the screen you are currently on are listed under “About this page”.
If what you need is not there, type into the search box; it searches every article in the help centre.
If you still cannot find it, switch to the assistant with “Get help from Piyzi AI”.
The “About this page” list changes with the screen you are on. On the Appointments page you get appointment articles, on the Packages page you get package articles. That is why opening help while you are on the screen where the problem happens gives you the fastest answer.
Asking Piyzi AI
Piyzi AI explains how to use Piyzi in a question-and-answer format. You can type your question in your own words, or dictate it with the microphone button.
It answers only from the help content: the assistant reads the articles in this help centre and answers based on them. The articles it relied on are listed under “Sources” below the answer; you can click one and read it in full.
It cannot see your business data: it has no access to your customers, appointments or revenue. It cannot answer questions like “how many appointments do I have today?” — use the relevant screen for that.
There is a daily question allowance: the remaining allowance is shown at the bottom of the panel. When it runs out the assistant stops taking new questions; you can keep searching the articles or open a support ticket. The allowance resets the next day.
New chat: when you move to a different topic, use “New chat” for a clean start; the assistant does not carry over the context of earlier questions.
Every answer ends with “Was this helpful?”. Your yes/no answer is used to improve the help content, and it genuinely helps us.
Conversations are stored to improve service quality. Do not type personal or confidential data such as passwords, card details or national ID numbers into the assistant.
If you cannot find an answer: support tickets
The “Can't find what you're looking for? Create a support ticket” link at the bottom of the help panel takes you straight to the support screen. You can also reach the same screen from the support icon in the top bar. For how to open and follow a ticket, see “Creating and following a support ticket”.
The public help centre
All help articles can also be read without signing in to the panel: piyzi.com/en/yardim presents the same content grouped into categories. You can share this page with your team or your customers; no sign-in required.
