Selling a membership to a customer (new access sale)

Pick the plan and the customer, set the start date, build the payment plan from payment and receivable blocks, and start the membership.

Last updated: 7 October 2026

The New Access Sale button on Subscription Management → Subscriptions opens a two-tab sale window: Plan & Customer and Payment Plan.

  1. 1
    Plan and customer

Choose the plan you are selling in Access Plan; only active plans are listed, each with its name, duration and price. The price of the plan you choose is copied into Price (Override). In Customer, type at least 2 characters of the customer's name or phone number and pick them from the list.

Start Date is today by default; the end date is calculated by adding the plan's duration to the start. For a customer-specific amount change Price (Override), add a Note if you want, and press Next (the button stays disabled until a plan and a customer are chosen).

  2. 2
    Payment plan

The strip at the top calculates Total, Payment Plan and Remaining live. Press Add Collection for an amount paid up front and Add Receivable for an instalment due later; Distribute Evenly splits the total equally across the rows you added (any remainder goes to the first row).

Every row has Amount, Payment Method, a date (Payment Date for a collection, Due Date for a receivable) and Note. A new row comes with today's date; for a receivable, choose the instalment's due date. The payment method is not preselected; choose it on each row.

  3. 3
    Complete the sale

Press Create Access. “Access created successfully.” appears and the subscription is added to the Subscriptions list with the Active status.

Create Access stays disabled until the remaining amount is zero and every row has a payment method. This rule stops unrecorded debt from being left in the register. If the price is 0, no payment plan is needed and the window says “No payment plan is needed because the price is 0.”

After the sale

  • Collection rows are recorded as collected payments and appear in My Business → Accounting & Finance → Payments (Collections).

  • Receivable rows go to My Business → Accounting & Finance → Receivables as pending receivables; your “When a Receivable Is Created” automation runs if you have one.

  • All payments of the sale are also listed on the Payments card of the subscription's detail page.

  • The customer sees the subscription on the My Subscriptions screen after signing in as a customer in the Piyzi mobile app, and on your business's website under Hesabım → Aboneliklerim.

Subscription receivables cannot be closed with Collect on the Receivables page, and the subscription's detail page has no collect button. If you take the payment at the time of sale, use Add Collection; if you need to record the collection of an instalment later, open a support request from the Support icon in the top bar.

A customer can have only one active or frozen subscription at a time; if you try a sale while they have one, the warning “Müşterinin zaten aktif veya dondurulmuş bir erişimi bulunuyor” (the customer already has an active or frozen access) appears. When the current subscription ends or is cancelled, start the new period with the renew button on its detail page (labelled Refresh).

Selling needs the “Müşteriye erişim tanımlayabilir” (grant access to customers) permission in the Access Control group of your role. The workspace owner and the “Yönetici” (Manager) role have it; the built-in “Personel” (Staff) role does not.
