Creating membership plans and the freeze policy
Define your membership models as plans; set the duration, price and freeze rules, then put them on sale or archive them.

Membership Management is the module that lets you manage the timed memberships you sell to your customers (a monthly gym membership, an annual package and so on). The module has three sections: Membership Plans, Memberships and Check-In/Check-Out Records.
This module is for the memberships you sell to your customers. The plan you pay Piyzi for is somewhere else: the My Account → Subscription section in the profile menu.
For the module to appear in the menu, the "Access/Membership" module must be enabled in Pi-Store and the user must have the access permission.
Creating a new plan
The New Plan button on the plans screen opens a dialog with these fields:
Plan Name: the name that also appears on customer receipts.
Description: what the plan covers and which services it is valid for.
Duration Type and Duration Value: pick Day, Month or Year and enter the numeric value. As soon as you type it, the summary badge beside the field combines them and shows the plan duration.
Price: the plan's standard sale price (it can be changed during the sale).
Freeze policy
So that members can suspend their membership for a holiday, an illness and similar situations, you define three rules:
Max. Freeze Days: the total number of days the membership can be frozen for over its lifetime.
Max. Freeze Count: how many separate times that allowance can be used. If you enter 0, freezing is turned off completely and the plan list shows "Disabled".
Min. Freeze Duration: the fewest days a single freeze can last.
These rules appear as a summary in the plan list; for example "4x / 30 days, min 10 days" means the membership can be frozen at most four times, for thirty days in total, and for at least ten days each time.
Managing plans
Edit: update the price, duration and freeze rules.
Archive: closes the plan to new sales; the memberships of existing members are not affected. You can reopen an archived plan with "Activate" from the same menu.
Delete: removes the plan permanently.
You do not need a new plan for a promotional price — you can change the price by hand during the sale.
