Freezing, unfreezing, renewing and cancelling a membership
Start or lift a freeze from the membership detail page, renew an expired membership, cancel it when you need to, and follow the payments.

When you choose Details from a row's action menu in the Memberships list, the management page of that membership opens. At the top you see the plan name, the status badge and, on active memberships, a progress bar showing how much of the duration has been used.
What the page shows
Access Details: the unique code, start and end dates, price, total days frozen and the creation time.
Customer: the membership owner and a link to their profile.
Plan: the rules of the plan the membership was derived from.
Payments: the payment plan you built during the sale; collected payments are listed with a green label and receivables due later with a yellow one, each with a Completed/Pending status.
Freeze History: the date, duration and reason of past freezes, and whether they were lifted.
Freezing
The Freeze button at the top right opens a dialog that shows, according to the plan's policy, your remaining freeze days, your remaining number of uses and the minimum duration. You enter the freeze duration in days and can write a reason if you want.
Indefinite freeze: if you turn on the "Freeze indefinitely" switch, the membership stays frozen until you lift it — useful when the return date is not known.
Unfreezing: an "Unfreeze" button appears on a frozen membership. When you lift the freeze, the end date is automatically extended by the number of days spent frozen.
Even if you forget to lift a fixed-length freeze, the automatic job that runs overnight lifts freezes whose period has ended and extends the end date.
Renewal
You can renew memberships that have expired or been cancelled: the plan, start date, price and payment plan are set again. Renewed records appear on the detail page with a renewal badge and their original date.
Cancellation
The Cancel button at the top right ends the membership before its due date; you can write a cancellation reason if you want. Cancelling does not touch the recorded payments — if you are issuing a refund, you have to edit the payment record separately.
The remaining-days counter is shown only on active memberships. Frozen, expired or cancelled records show a dash (—).
So that you do not miss renewal sales, set the sorting of the Memberships list to "Ending Soon"; members whose membership is about to expire move to the top.
