Creating a new account and verifying your phone
Fill in the Register form and accept the agreements; once your account is created, verify your number with the SMS code sent to your phone.
Resetting your password (Forgot Password)
Set a new password from the link sent by SMS to your registered phone; the link is single use, and you can request a new one if it expires.

Change your password and set up two-factor authentication from the Security tab in your profile; manage your devices from the Sessions tab.
