Resetting your password (Forgot Password)
Set a new password from the link sent by SMS to your registered phone; the link is single use, and you can request a new one if it expires.
Last updated: 3 Ağustos 2026
- 1Create a request
Click the Forgot Password link on the sign-in screen, enter your registered mobile phone number with its country code and press Send.
- 2Wait for the SMS
The message "If an account is registered to this number, a password reset SMS has been sent." appears on the screen. For security reasons it is not revealed whether the number is registered — if the number is correct, an SMS containing the reset link arrives on your phone.
- 3Set your new password
When you click the link in the SMS, the Set New Password page opens; your masked phone number is shown at the top so you can see which account you are working on. Type your new password of at least 6 characters into both fields and press Change Password.
Once you see the "Your Password Has Been Changed" confirmation, you can sign in with your new password from the sign-in page.
Common situations
The link has expired: reset links are valid for a limited time; start over with the "Request a New Link" button.
The link has already been used: every link is single use — create a new request.
Too many requests: after repeated requests the system asks for a short wait; try again once the time is up.
If you remember your password and only want to change it, there is no need to wait for an SMS: after signing in, use Profile → Security → Change Password.
Tap the Forgot Password link on the mobile sign-in screen and enter your registered phone number. If the number exists in the system, a password reset link valid for 15 minutes is sent by SMS; tapping the link opens the new password screen inside the app.
For security reasons you are not told whether the number is registered — the same message is shown either way. If the SMS does not arrive, check your number and wait a moment; repeated requests are temporarily rate limited.
