The customer detail page: tabs and Overview
Get to know the tabs on the customer profile (notes, sales cards, packages, debts, payments, module tabs...), the Overview panels, the management menu at the top right and where to do what the card doesn't offer.
Last updated: 27 October 2026
Clicking a row in the customer list, or the arrow button at the end of the row, opens that customer's page. Seeing it needs the permission to view customers.
Header: a back arrow to the list, the customer's photo (or the initials of their first and last name), their name and a "Banned" badge if they are banned.
Photo: if you can update customer details, click the photo (or the initials) in the header to upload a new photo: choose the file, drag and zoom to frame it and press Save; it is saved right away. When there is a photo, clicking it offers Change photo and Remove photo. The photo is cropped to a square and stored at 150×150 pixels; it also appears in the customer list, attendance lists and class cards on the calendar. Customers can also upload their own photo from Profilim in the Piyzi app.
Linked-customer badges: if the customer is linked to someone else, a "Linked customer of (name)" badge appears; clicking it opens the guardian's page. If other customers are linked to this one, a "N linked customers" badge and name shortcuts to each of their pages appear.
Required forms strip: if the Digital Consent Forms module is enabled and the customer is missing a required form, a warning strip appears above the tabs; you can have the form signed from there with Sign.
Tabs
The tabs sit in a horizontally scrollable strip in this order. The ones with a Pi Store module in brackets appear only if that module is enabled for your business:
Overview — summary cards, charts, visit rhythm and reliability (below).
Notes — internal notes about the customer, with a topic and date; filter by topic, add, edit and delete. Shown only with the permission to view customer notes (see the Customer notes article).
Classes (Class System) — the Class Enrollments and Session History sub-tabs; the Advanced Planner and Freeze buttons.
Group Events (Group Events) — the events the customer joined.
Rentals (Facility Rental) — the customer's facility reservations; clicking a row opens the reservation window.
Sales Cards, Packages, Debts and Payments — the customer's sales cards, packages, receivables and collections.
Photos and Documents — the customer's files.
Access and Check-in History (Subscription Management) — subscriptions and turnstile entries.
Measurements and Goals (Body Measurement Tracking) — with the New Measurement, Import from device and New Goal buttons.
Programs (Diet & Fitness Program) — the programs assigned to the customer.
Consent Forms (Digital Consent Forms) — New Form, Sign and Send Link.
The content of the Sales Cards, Packages, Debts, Payments and Photos and Documents tabs depends on separate permissions (e.g. viewing the customer's payment history); without it the tab opens but shows a permission notice instead of the content.
The Rentals tab currently lists no records and says "This customer has no facility rentals." To see the customer's rentals, type their name or phone number in the search box on the Facility Rental → Reservations page; past rentals are on the Past tab and pending requests on the Awaiting approval tab.
Overview panels
Top summary cards: Total Appointments, Total Paid (green), Outstanding Balance (red; the total of uncollected receivables) and the number of Packages Purchased.
Appointment Breakdown: completed, no-show, cancelled and other (pending or unmarked) appointments broken down as a donut chart with counts.
Financial Summary: a payment status chart showing the Paid, Outstanding Debt and (if any) Overdue Debt amounts.
Customer Profile: phone, e-mail and location (district, province); if you can view notes, below it the Latest notes box with the two newest notes and the All notes (N) link that opens the Notes tab.
Visit rhythm: the last visit, the customer's rhythm (how often they come and what it was calculated from), the expected visit and how overdue they are, the next booking, the number of visits in the last 12 months, unused sessions and the Late / At risk / Lost threshold dates. Recent visits are listed underneath with their source (appointment, lesson, event, turnstile, facility). It is recalculated every time the page opens.
Reliability: the 0–100 score and level, at most three reasons that affect it most (e.g. "Didn't show up for 2 of 8 bookings") and the data sufficiency. Customers with fewer than 3 bookings in the last 180 days and no past-due or late-paid debt show "Not enough data". The calculation is explained in the Visit rhythm and reliability article.
Operational counters: the Services Delivered, Sales Card, Product Sale and Completed Sales counts.
Customer Activity: up to 10 of the customer's appointments — future ones first (with an "Upcoming" badge), then the most recent past ones; each shows the status, services, duration and price.
The card has no appointment or sale buttons
Appointments, sales cards, package sales and product sales are not started from the customer card. Use the Create menu in the top bar — Create Appointment, Create Sales Card, Package Sale or Product Sale — and pick the customer by name or phone in the window that opens. The new records then appear on the matching tabs of this card.
The management menu at the top right
The three-dot button to the right of the name lists these actions according to your permissions:
Edit (permission to update customer details): the same two-tab "Edit Customer" window as the add form (Customer Information + Billing Information); the first and last name cannot be left empty. Notes are not in this window; they are kept on the Notes tab. A change in the photo area at the top of the window (a new photo or removing it) is applied when you press Save; if you cancel, the photo stays as it was. If you change the phone number, the customer's session in the Piyzi app is closed; they sign in again with the SMS code sent to the new number, so the owner of the old number keeps no access to this record or its notifications. SMS and WhatsApp messages go to the new number from the next send on.
Registration Date (in the Edit window): the field is shown only to the business owner; a change made here is not applied to the registration date either.
Ban / Lift Ban (permission to block customers): closes the customer's online booking and self-service channels (see the Banning and deleting a customer article).
Delete (permission to delete customers): removes the customer from the lists; it is blocked while there are linked customers, an open receivable or a future appointment (see the same article).
Switching tabs does not reload the page — you can move quickly between the customer's sales cards, packages and payment history.
Tap a customer card to open the detail screen. The profile card at the top shows the customer's photo (or their initials), the name, the phone number and the e-mail; a banned customer shows a red "Banned Customer" box with the ban reason. The tabs below are, in order: Overview, Notes, Sales Cards, Packages, Classes, Debts, Payments, Measurements, Programs, Access, Consent Forms and Photos and Documents. Notes appears only for staff allowed to view customer notes. Classes, Measurements, Programs, Access and Consent Forms appear only if the matching Pi Store module (Class System, Body Measurement Tracking, Diet & Fitness Program, Subscription Management, Digital Consent Forms) is enabled. If Digital Consent Forms is enabled and the customer is missing a required form, a warning strip appears under the profile card; you can have the form signed from there with Sign.
Overview: Financial Status (total paid, total debt, overdue debt), Appointment Statistics, Appointment Breakdown, the Latest notes box (the two newest notes; All notes (N) opens the Notes tab), address, appointment history and the Visit rhythm and Reliability cards.
Notes: the customer's internal notes with their topic and date; you add, edit and delete notes here (see the Customer notes article).
Sales Cards / Packages / Debts / Payments: the records are listed with filters; the content of each tab needs its own view permission.
Photos and Documents: you can upload from the camera, the gallery or the file picker, and preview or delete what is there.
If you can edit customers, a camera badge appears on the photo in the profile card. Tap the photo and choose Choose from Gallery, Take Photo or (when there is a photo) Remove photo; the photo you pick is cropped to a square and saved RIGHT AWAY (150×150 pixels). The Edit screen starts with the same field; there the change is applied when you tap Save, and Cancel changes nothing.
Tapping a row on the Sales Cards or Packages tab does not open its detail. To take a payment, open the record from the Sales Card or Packages screen in the side menu.
The three-dot button at the top right of the profile card lists Edit, Ban / Lift Ban and Delete according to your permissions. The mobile Edit screen has the photo, name, phones, e-mail, gender, date of birth, tags, source and address; notes are kept on the Notes tab. The Instagram username, Billing Information and Guardian are edited in the web panel. For banning and deleting, see the Banning and deleting a customer article.
