Customer list: search, filters and package status badges

Learn the columns on the Customers page, how search behaves, the advanced filters and the sorting options; use the package badges to spot sales opportunities.

Last updated: 3 Ağustos 2026

When you open the Customers page from the left menu, you see every customer registered in your business in a single list. A total record counter sits under the title, and four buttons sit at the top right: Save List, Import, Bulk Add Customers and New Customer.

Table columns

  • Customer: initial avatar, first and last name, a "Banned" badge if the customer is banned; gender and date of birth underneath.

  • Contact: phone number and e-mail.

  • Tags: the first two tags, the rest behind a "+N" badge.

  • Package Status: a green "Remaining: N (X Days)" badge for customers with an active package, a red "Package Expired" for those whose package has run out, and a yellow "No Package" for customers with no package at all.

  • Risk: the risk score and level (Low / Medium / High / Critical).

  • Status: Active or Banned.

  • Registration: the date the customer was registered with the business.

  • Action: an arrow button that opens the detail page.

Clicking anywhere on the row also opens the customer detail. Editing, banning and deleting are not in the list — they live in the three-dot menu at the top right of the detail page.

The "Search by name, phone or e-mail..." box searches as you type; it covers first name, last name, e-mail and both the primary and the second phone number.

Filters

  • Top row: the search box, gender (All Genders / Male / Female / Other) and the sorting menu.

  • The Filters button opens a second panel: Birth Month (January–December), Risk (Low/Medium/High/Critical), Status (All/Active/Banned), Package Status (All / Has an Active Package / No Active Package), Tags (multi-select) and a Registration Date range (After... / Before...).

  • Clear resets the active filters in one click.

Sorting options

Newest, Oldest, First Name (A-Z), First Name (Z-A), Last Name (A-Z), Birth Month, Risk (High), Risk (Low), Remaining Package Credits (Most to Least) and Remaining Package Credits (Least to Most).

Spotting sales opportunities with filters

  • Use Package Status → "No Active Package" to list the customers who are candidates for a new package sale.

  • Combine the Birth Month filter and sorting to prepare a birthday campaign for the customers born that month.

  • Sort by Risk (High) to bring the customers who need attention to the top.

  • You can turn the audience you filtered into an SMS campaign with "Save List" (see the related article).
