What does your customer see in the mobile app?
The Overview screen that opens after Customer Sign In: active package and subscription cards, the upcoming appointments list, and a cancel window that follows your cancellation policy.
Last updated: 27 October 2026
Your customer downloads the Piyzi mobile app and signs in with Sign In → Customer Sign In: they enter their phone number, choose your business from the businesses where that number is registered, and tap Verify and Sign In with the 6-digit code sent to their phone. Only businesses whose online booking page is published are listed. The first screen is Overview, which has two sections.
My Active Plans
The customer's current plans are listed at the top. If there is more than one, the cards scroll sideways and the dots underneath show which card is in view. Only active records appear — expired, completed or cancelled plans are not shown here; all of them are on the My Packages and My Subscriptions screens.
Package card: the package name, a ring chart of remaining / used / reserved sessions, the cancellation rights if any (remaining / total) and which cancellations use a right ("keeps your session on a late cancellation" or "used only on timely cancellations"), and the expiry date with the days left.
Subscription card: the subscription name, start and end dates, a bar showing how much of the period has passed, and the days left. If it has been frozen, the total number of frozen days is shown too.
The subscription card only appears for businesses that sell access (subscriptions). If the customer has no active subscription, the card does not appear at all.
The My Packages and My Subscriptions screens in the side menu use the same cards; the difference is that they list ALL records and show each record's actual status at the top right of the card (Active, Expired, Frozen, Cancelled…). Each has a filter strip at the top: Active · Inactive · All on My Packages and Active · Frozen · Inactive · All on My Subscriptions. "Inactive" covers every record the customer can no longer use — no record falls outside the filters.
My Upcoming Appointments
Just below, the ten nearest upcoming appointments, group classes, events and facility rentals are listed in date order. Each row shows a day/month block, a type label, the name, the time range and the staff member or instructor.
Tapping a row opens a detail window from the bottom: type and status badge, date, time range, staff/instructor, venue and the online meeting link if there is one. For facility rentals it also shows the amount and the code to show when arriving at the facility.
The My Appointments screen in the side menu uses the same rows and the same detail window; the difference is the Upcoming / Past / All tabs and the status badge on each row. The customer does not press any button in the list — every action, including cancelling, is inside the detail window.
How does the customer cancel from the app?
The Cancel button in the detail window applies your cancellation policy — the same behaviour as on the My Appointments screen:
Appointment: the server works out the result from your cancellation window (My Business → Settings → Appointment Settings), whether the appointment is linked to a package, and the package's cancellation rights and rule. Under On late cancellations: within the window the session credit is returned; after it, if the package has cancellation rights the credit is still returned and 1 right is used (the window also shows the rights left), otherwise the credit is used up; with a window of 0 there is no free cancellation period. Under On timely cancellations: a cancellation before the window closes returns the credit and uses 1 right if one is left; once the rights have run out, or after the window has passed, the credit is used up; the window says which case applies in a separate sentence. The warning box changes colour with the result: red if the credit will be used up, yellow if a cancellation right will be used. Withdrawing a request that awaits approval and cancelling within the first 15 minutes after booking (while the appointment is at least 1 hour away) are always free. If the conditions turn against the customer at the moment of confirmation, nothing is changed; the customer sees the current situation and confirms again. An appointment that has started or is marked Arrived or No-show cannot be cancelled. The customer can add a cancellation reason if they wish.
Group class: the server works out the result and the window states it clearly: whether the session credit will be returned, a cancellation right will be used, or the credit will be used up. Cancelling within the first 15 minutes after booking (while the class is at least 1 hour away) is free; a booking that has been checked in cannot be cancelled by the customer. If the package has expired, no cancellation right is used; because the returned credit cannot be used, the window says so separately. The warning is refreshed when the cancel step opens and when the app comes back to the foreground. If the conditions turn against the customer at the moment of confirmation (for example the cancellation window ran out or the rights were used up), nothing is changed; the current situation is shown and the customer confirms again. After cancelling, the result is shown: the credit was returned, 1 cancellation right was used, or the credit was not returned (under On timely cancellations the reason is given too: the right could not be used because the window had passed, or the rights had run out).
Event: the customer cannot cancel from the app; the window tells them to contact the business. Before joining, a confirmation window also says this, that for a paid event the amount is recorded on their account as a balance due, and that the business's approval may be needed. On an event they are registered for, "You are registered for this event" appears instead of "Join Event", or "Your participation request is awaiting approval from the business." for a pending request. An event the business cancels appears as "Cancelled" on the My Appointments screen.
Facility rental: if the facility's rental rules allow it, Cancel appears in the window and the reservation is cancelled after confirmation; if not, the button does not appear.
The cancellation policy is managed in one place: the cancellation window in Appointment Settings for appointments, each class's own cancellation window for group classes, and the package's cancellation rights and rule (On late cancellations / On timely cancellations). The customer app only applies these rules; it never relaxes them. When a package is chosen while booking (with "Only Members With a Package Can Book" on) and when joining a class with a package, the chosen package's cancellation terms are shown at the confirmation step.
My Programs
The nutrition and exercise programmes you assign to the customer are listed with the same card layout, with a Nutrition · Exercise · All filter at the top. The ring on the card shows the programme's duration (the days left are in the middle); programmes without an end date show "Unlimited". Tapping the card opens the full programme.
Assigning a programme is not enough on its own: a newly assigned programme is created as a Draft and is NOT visible to the customer. Until you press the "Publish" button in the programme detail, the customer cannot see it in their list.
Notifications
The bell at the top right opens the notifications your business sends to the customer: automation messages (appointment, package and payment reminders, for example), campaign notifications and facility rental notifications. The number on the icon shows the unread notifications. The list refreshes whenever the screen opens and when the app comes to the foreground; tapping a notification opens it and marks it as read.
When the customer taps a phone notification, this screen opens even if the app was closed, and that notification is marked as read. If the notification came from the customer's account at another business, the app says so; to see it they need to sign in with that business. Notifications for linked customers without a phone (a child or relative) appear on the responsible person's Notifications screen with their name.
Bottom menu
A menu appears at the bottom of every screen: Overview · Payments · + · Campaigns · Profile. The + button in the middle opens the customer's quick actions: Book Appointment, Join Group Class, Events and — if facility rental is on — Rent a Facility. Book Appointment follows the same steps as your online booking page; because the customer is signed in, no verification code is asked for. The Campaigns tab shows the message “No campaigns yet”; campaigns you send as app notifications arrive on the customer's Notifications screen.
When a new version of the app has been downloaded, an A new version is ready bar appears just above the bottom menu; when the customer taps Restart, the app opens with the new version within a few seconds and briefly shows "App updated" at the top. The bar doesn't appear on the My Profile and Security screens (while a form is being filled in), can be closed with ✕, and the app never restarts by itself.
My Profile
The customer updates their first and last name, email, gender, date of birth, second phone, address, campaign notification consent and app language here; the phone number can't be changed from this screen.
Tapping the profile photo area at the top, or the "Upload photo" link, the customer chooses Choose from Gallery or Take Photo, then crops the photo to a square in the window that opens and saves it. Without a photo, the initials of their first and last name are shown; with a photo, "Remove photo" deletes it. The photo is stored at 150×150 pixels and also appears in the app's side menu and in your panel (customer list, customer page, attendance lists). If a linked profile (child, relative) is selected, the photo is saved to that profile. You can also upload or remove the photo from the customer's page in the web panel.
Payments
The customer sees their own payment and balance records. The filter at the top is Pending · Paid · All and opens on Pending by default. If there are unpaid records, a total balance summary appears at the top; if any of them is overdue, the summary and that card turn red. Each card shows the amount, the due or payment date and the payment method; a note the business wrote on the payment is not shown to the customer.
The records in this list are the payments and receivables you create. Payments you cancel are NEVER shown to the customer.
Group classes
The Group classes screen in the side menu shows your class schedule to the customer DAY BY DAY: it opens on today, and the left/right arrows move one day back or forward. Under the date it says "Today" for today, "Tomorrow" for the next day, and the weekday after that. Each row shows the class time range, the class name, the instructor and the capacity; an "Enrolled" badge appears if the customer is enrolled, "Full" if the class is full, and "Holiday" on a class that falls on one of your holidays. Tapping a row opens the class detail and the join/cancel actions. Classes on a holiday cannot be joined from the app. When joining with a package, the package must not have ended by the class date; when joining with a subscription, the same applies to the subscription.
My Measurements
The body measurements you take are listed from newest to oldest. Each card shows the measurement date, the name of the template you used and three key values (such as weight, BMI and body fat); from the second measurement onwards, the change since the previous measurement appears under each value. Tapping the card opens all fields, calculated values, notes and photos if there are any.
The Analysis tab at the top draws a timeline chart for each measurement field, so the customer sees the trend of values such as weight, BMI and circumferences one under the other. The quick selection at the top defaults to Last 2 measurements; All time draws the whole history, and Select lets them tick the measurements they want (for example the first and the last) to compare.
A chart needs at least two measurements. If you have entered only one measurement for the customer, the Analysis tab looks empty — the charts appear by themselves once you enter the second measurement.
