PiLink: one link page for your social media bio

Build a single link page for your Instagram or TikTok bio: link buttons, price lists and content blocks, hosted at your own Piyzi address.

Last updated: 4 Ağustos 2026

One address you can share on social media: PiLink gathers your link buttons, price lists and content blocks on a single page. The page is published under your own Piyzi address — you do not need a separate account or an external link service.

What it is for

  • Platforms like Instagram and TikTok allow only one link in the bio. PiLink turns that single link into a landing page.

  • You gather every destination — booking, WhatsApp, price list, contact — on one page.

  • The page is published at your address and with your branding, so you do not depend on a third-party link service.

  • You can track how many times the page was viewed and how many times the buttons were clicked.

Prerequisites

  • A Piyzi account with an active subscription.

  • Pi Store edit permission, or being the workspace owner.

  • Your business page must be published — if it is not, PiLink addresses will not open either.

  • Pages are managed from the web panel; the mobile app has no PiLink editing screen.

Enabling the module from Pi Store

  1. In the left menu, open My Business → Pi Store.

  2. Under the Custom Modules heading, click the PiLink card.

  3. In the dialog that opens, click “Activate”.

  4. Once the module is on, Marketplace → PiLink appears in the left menu.

  5. Use the “Go to PiLink” button, or the left menu, to open the list of link pages.

If PiLink is not in the left menu, either the module is off or your user lacks the PiLink view permission.

  1. On the Marketplace → PiLink screen, click “Create Link”.

  2. Type the page title — this is the name visitors see at the top — and click “Create and Edit”.

  3. In the editor's Page Settings section, set the link code, the description and the “Page published” switch.

  4. Build the page block by block with “Add Block”, and watch the result in the Live Preview beside it.

  • Link code: this is the last part of the address. 3-24 characters; lowercase letters, digits and hyphens. The code is unique across all of Piyzi, so if it is taken you must pick another one.

  • Description: a short introduction shown under the logo — up to 300 characters, optional.

  • Page published: turning it off closes only that page's address; the page and its content are not deleted.

  • Changes are saved automatically; wait until the indicator reads “All changes saved”.

Block types

Your page is made of blocks. You can drag blocks to reorder them, deactivate them individually, or delete them. There are four block types.

A clickable button pointing at a single address. You enter the button text and the link.

  • The link must start with https://, tel: or mailto:. Web addresses open in a new tab.

  • Quick templates set up a ready-made button in one click: Online Booking, WhatsApp, Instagram, Phone, Email.

  • The Online Booking template points straight at your business's online booking page.

Price List

A collapsible price table that expands when the visitor taps it. Each row can carry a service name, duration, price and a short description.

  • You can add rows by hand, or pick from your defined services with “Copy from Services”.

  • Copying is one-off: once copied, the list lives independently — changing a service price does not update the list.

  • A list can hold at most 50 rows.

HTML Content

A rich-text block that expands when the visitor taps it; for an about text, campaign terms or directions.

  • On the Editor tab you can use headings, bold/italic/underline, lists and links; on the HTML Source tab you can write HTML directly.

  • Sanitisation happens on the server: when you save, script and iframe tags, style tags, on* event attributes and javascript: links are stripped from the content.

  • Because of that, YouTube, Google Maps or Instagram embeds, custom CSS and JavaScript do not work in this block — use a Link Button instead of an embed.

  • Allowed tags: paragraph, line break, bold/italic/underline/strikethrough, h1-h4 headings, lists, link, image, blockquote, span, div and horizontal rule. Images may only come from https addresses, links always open in a new tab, and the content is capped at 20,000 characters.

Heading (Divider)

A section heading made of text only. It is not clickable; use it to group blocks on longer pages.

Appearance

The Appearance section of the editor sets the page's identity separately for each link.

  • Logo: your business logo is used by default. You can upload a logo specific to this link, and switch back to the business logo at any time.

  • Cover image: a horizontal image shown behind the logo — optional.

  • Background: Default, Solid Colour or Gradient. You can pick the colours and the gradient angle, or start from the preset palette.

  • Images you upload may be at most 5 MB.

The published address looks like this: your-business.piyzi.com/l/code. If your business has a custom domain, the same page also opens under it: yourdomain.com/l/code.

  1. Click “Copy” in the link list or in the editor; the address is copied to the clipboard.

  2. Paste the copied address into the bio field on Instagram, TikTok or a similar platform.

  3. For print, open QR Code from the three-dot menu on the link card and download it as a PNG.

  • The QR code can be used in your window display, on a table card, a business card or a flyer.

  • You can keep several link pages for the same business — one for Instagram and another for a printed QR, for example.

Statistics

  • The link list shows each page's view count and total click count.

  • When you edit blocks, the click counters of the existing blocks are preserved.

  • The counter of a block you delete does not come back.

Who can edit it

  • Can view PiLink pages — sees the link pages and their statistics but cannot change anything.

  • Can manage PiLink pages — creates, edits, unpublishes and deletes pages.

  • The workspace owner has every permission. You grant permissions under Staff Management → Roles.

How it relates to your online booking page

  • PiLink does not replace your online booking page, it complements it: the booking flow still runs on the booking page.

  • The Online Booking template on a Link Button takes the visitor straight to your booking page.

  • Both live under the same address: your business page at the root, PiLink pages under /l/code.

  • If your business page is not published, PiLink addresses will not open either.

Limits

  • At most 10 link pages per business.

  • At most 30 blocks per page.

  • At most 50 rows per price list.

  • Button text 80, page title 120, description 300 characters.

Turning the module off

  1. Open My Business → Pi Store.

  2. Click the PiLink card.

  3. Click “Deactivate” and confirm.

  • All of your published link pages are closed at once.

  • Your pages and their content are not deleted; when you re-enable the module they return with the same addresses.

  • You do not need to turn the module off to close a single page — turning off that page's “Page published” switch is enough.

Troubleshooting

  • The address does not open, page not found: check these three in order — is PiLink active in Pi Store, is the page's “Page published” switch on, is your business page published.

  • The link code will not save: the code is unique across all of Piyzi; if you get “This link code is already in use”, try a different one.

  • My HTML content came out incomplete: sanitisation runs on save and removes embeds, scripts and style tags. Write what has to stay using the allowed tags.

  • The prices are out of date: a price list is copied from your services once; when you change a service price, update the list by hand.

  • PiLink is missing from the left menu: the module may be off, or your user may lack the PiLink view permission.

Changing the link code stops the old address from working. If you change it after sharing, remember to update the link in your bio and any printed QR codes.
