Piyzi MCP Server: connect your business to your AI tool
Connect your Piyzi reports to Claude, ChatGPT or any other MCP-capable AI tool and explore your business data by asking questions. The connection is read-only and never changes a record.
Last updated: 9 Ağustos 2026
Piyzi MCP Server opens your Piyzi reports to Claude. Once connected you can ask questions in plain language — “how are we doing this month”, “who owes us money”, “how much revenue did each staff member bring” — and the answers come from your own Piyzi data.
What it can and cannot reach
The connection is read-only. It can see seven reports:
Business overview — appointments, sales, collections, customers and packages
Cash register report — income, expense, net cash flow, payment method breakdown
Customer report — debtors, lapsed customers, filtering by spending
Staff report — revenue and commission per person
Product stock report — stock on hand, stock value, out-of-stock items
Package sales report — packages sold, collected and outstanding amounts
Acquisition channel report — where your customers come from
The connection cannot create, change or delete any record. It cannot book an appointment, add a customer or record a payment. This version has no write capability.
The connection is bound to your account: Claude cannot go beyond the reports you are allowed to see in the panel. If you lack a report permission Claude cannot see it either, and if a permission is removed later, access closes at the same moment.
Requirements
The relevant report permissions on your Piyzi account (business owners have all of them).
A Claude account on a plan that supports adding connections.
Knowing which business the connection is for; if you have several, you pick one on the approval screen.
Setting up the connection
Open Pi Store from the left menu.
Click the “Piyzi MCP Server” card.
Give the connection a name (for example “My office computer”) and press “Create Connection”.
Copy the connection key shown on screen; it is displayed only at that moment.
Copy the server address from the same screen.
Paste the server address when adding the connection in Claude and grant permission with your Piyzi account when asked.
If Claude redirects you to Piyzi, you are not typing your password into Claude: the sign-in happens in your own browser, on a Piyzi screen. The approval screen lists exactly what the connection may do.
A separate connection per device
Creating a separate connection for your office computer and your laptop is recommended. If you lose one device you revoke only that connection and the others keep working. You can have at most 10 open connections at a time.
Revoking a connection
Open Pi Store → Piyzi MCP Server.
Press the bin icon next to the connection you want to revoke.
Confirm; access stops immediately.
Revoking cannot be undone. To connect the same device again you must create a new connection and add it to Claude once more.
Security
The connection key is a password: whoever knows it sees the reports you can see. Do not share it in chat groups, shared documents or screenshots.
The key is shown only when it is created; Piyzi cannot show it again because only a hashed digest is stored. If you lose it, create a new connection.
If you suspect the key reached the wrong person, revoke it without waiting.
Reports contain personal data such as customer names and amounts; only give the connection to applications you use yourself.
Troubleshooting
Claude says it cannot connect: make sure you copied the server address in full; it must end with /mcp.
You get a “no permission” answer: the matching report permission may be closed. Ask your business owner to enable the Reports permission; once enabled you do not need a new connection.
Numbers differ from the panel: check the date range. “This month” runs from the first of the current month to today, “last month” covers the whole previous month; pick the same range in the panel and the numbers match exactly.
I see three different “outstanding” figures: they measure different things and must not be added up. “Pending receivables” in the overview are payment records with a due date; “remaining amount” in the package sales report is the uncollected part of packages sold in that period; “total debt” in the customer report is the open balance of non-cancelled sales cards.
Every staff member shows zero: revenue is counted only for transactions with an assigned staff member. If no one was selected on a package or product sale, the amount appears on no row — it does not mean the business had no revenue.
Too many requests warning: asking many questions back to back hits the per-minute limit. Wait a minute and continue.
Data from the wrong business: a connection is bound to the business you chose while granting permission. Create a separate connection for the other business.
Piyzi MCP Server is currently set up from the web panel only. The mobile app has no screen for creating or revoking connections.
Once you create the connection on your computer under Pi Store → Piyzi MCP Server, you can use Claude on your phone as well; the connection belongs to your account, not to a device.
Revoking a connection also requires the web panel.
