See every appointment in a single list; reach the session you are looking for quickly with the time, status, source, approval, package and type filters.
Last updated: 14 September 2026
The Appointments page in the left menu lists every past, current and future individual appointment in a single table. The counter under the title shows how many appointments match the filters.
The page opens with the Today filter by default. If you cannot find an older appointment, first set the time filter to "All Dates" or "Past".
Table columns
Customer: an initial badge, the name and the phone; an Online, From your agenda or Piyzi badge depending on the source.
Date / Time: the day of the appointment and its start–end range.
Services: the services to be delivered; a green package label if they will be deducted from a package.
Staff: the person who will deliver the service.
Duration: the total session duration (minutes).
Amount: the amount of the appointment.
Status and Approval: the operational status and approval badges.
Search and filters
Search: searches by customer name or phone number.
Time: All Dates, Today, Upcoming, Past or Custom Date. "Past" brings appointments whose date has passed — they do not have to be completed.
Status: All Statuses, Not set, Pending, Arrived, Completed, Cancelled, No-show.
Sorting: Soonest, Oldest, Recently Created, Most Expensive, Cheapest, Longest, Most Services. The sorting menu is hidden while Custom Date is selected.
Filters button: opens four extra filters — Source (Manual / From your agenda / Piyzi), Approval (Approved / Unapproved), Package (From package / Without package) and Type (Online).
Set the approval filter to "Unapproved" and scan the list to see every appointment that came in online and is waiting for approval in one go.
Opening the appointment detail
Clicking anywhere on the row opens the appointment detail window. From there you can edit or delete service rows, change the status and approve the appointment. If the appointment is linked to a sales card, the Go to Sales Card button takes you to the sales card page — collection is done there. The Edit button opens the full edit form covering staff, service, price and date.
If you only need to change the date or time, you don't have to open the form: the date and time boxes in the detail window can be changed directly (if you have appointment edit permission). After changing a value, click the confirm icon that appears next to it; before saving, the system asks whether the customer should be notified of the change by SMS — you can also update without notifying. Without the permission, the boxes appear locked.
This list contains individual appointments only. Group events and class sessions are listed in their own modules.
On mobile, open the menu from the hamburger icon at the top left and tap Appointments (the calendar icon in the bottom menu opens the Calendar screen). Appointments arrive as a list of cards; pull down to refresh, and the rest loads automatically as you reach the end of the list (there are no page numbers as on the web).
Filters are set from the panel that opens from the bottom and offer the same options as the web: time range, status, source, approval, package and type. Tapping an appointment card opens the detail window.
Searching, filtering and changing the status of an appointment work the same on mobile as on the web; the only difference is that the list loads by scrolling instead of by page numbers.
