Calendar: views, filters and calendar settings

Use the calendar in staff, resource, weekly, monthly or agenda view; choose which content is shown and set the working hours to suit you.

Last updated: 3 Ağustos 2026

The Calendar tab in the left menu is the main screen where you run your business's daily flow. Appointments, group events, class sessions and staff leave all appear together on the same calendar.

Moving between dates

  • Arrow buttons: move the calendar forward or back by the range of the active view — one day in daily view, one week in weekly view, one month in monthly view.

  • Today: takes you back to today wherever you are.

  • Calendar icon: opens a small calendar with month and year menus; click the day you want to jump straight to that date.

  • Red line: shows the current time in views that have a time axis; you can tell late and upcoming appointments apart at a glance.

The Calendar Settings panel

The Calendar Settings button at the top right opens the panel where you shape the screen to suit you. If a filter is active, a red warning mark appears on the button.

View options

  • Staff Vertical: staff members as side-by-side columns with the hours flowing downwards. Ideal for seeing who is free and when.

  • Resources Vertical: rooms, studios or equipment are laid out as columns.

  • Staff Horizontal / Resources Horizontal: staff or resources become rows and time flows from left to right.

  • Weekly: the schedule of seven days on one screen.

  • Monthly: a snapshot of how full the whole month is.

  • Agenda (List): all of the week's records as a chronological list, without the clutter of a time grid.

What you can set in the panel

  • Shown in the Calendar: Appointments, Group Events and Classes. You can turn them on and off in bulk with the "Select All" and "Clear" shortcuts.

  • Staff to Show: keeps only the staff you want to follow on the screen. In resource views this section appears as "Resources to Show".

  • Appointment Statuses: you choose which of the Not set, Pending, Arrived, Completed, No-show and Cancel statuses are visible.

  • Calendar Hours: what time the calendar starts and ends. While "Default (working hours)" is selected, your business's working hours are used.

  • Staff Column Width: by narrowing or widening the columns you set how many staff fit on the screen.

The view, the staff/resource selection and the status filters are stored in the browser you use, for the selected business. Calendar Hours and Staff Column Width, on the other hand, are saved to your account; they come back the same when you sign in from another device.

Reading the calendar cards

  • The start–end time is at the top of the card, and the customer or event name and the service taken are below it.

  • Group events and class sessions show the participant ratio (for example 1/10 means one place out of a ten-person capacity is filled).

  • Badges state the type of the record (appointment, event, class, leave) and its status; online appointments get a wifi icon and the ones with a Google Meet link get a Meet icon.

  • Appointments waiting for approval carry a red dot.

  • Hovering over a card opens an info card with the staff, service, resource, capacity and note details.

You can create a new appointment directly by clicking an empty slot on the calendar — the date, time and staff details come in pre-filled.
