Your business site's legal documents and business details
Manage the business details shown at the bottom of your site (legal name, address, phone, email) and the six legal texts (pre-information, distance sales, cancellation and refund, privacy notice, privacy and security, terms of use). Piyzi's standard texts fill in your details automatically; you can edit them if you wish.

The bottom of your business site shows your business details and links to six legal texts. They are managed from the My Business → Settings → Other Settings → Legal Documents card and published on your site at /sozlesmeler. For online payments the payment institution expects to see this information on your site; they are also the texts the customer accepts when buying.
Business details
The legal name, full address, phone and email are required; tax office, tax number and MERSIS number are optional. For fields you leave empty, the legal name, tax details and address from Invoice Details and the phone from your contact details are used (shown in grey in the box). Your business (brand) name does not replace the legal name; enter it separately.
Online payments cannot be turned on while required details are missing; if they are on, new payment links, online sales and deposits stop (payments already started and refunds are not affected). The chip at the top of the page shows what is missing.
For sole proprietors the tax number is the national ID number; only a 10-digit company tax number is shown on the site and an 11-digit number is never published.
If a mobile number is set as the phone, the page suggests a landline; payment institutions may also ask for one on the site.
Legal texts
There are six texts: Pre-Information Form, Distance Sales Agreement, Service Delivery, Cancellation and Refund Terms, Personal Data Privacy Notice (KVKK), Privacy and Security Policy, Terms of Use. Each starts as the Piyzi standard: your details and appointment settings (free cancellation window, online booking deposit) are written in automatically, and the text changes when you change the setting.
- 1View
View opens the text as the customer sees it; Open on site in the three-dot menu opens the page on your site.
- 2Edit if needed
Choose Edit in the three-dot menu. The text can be edited with headings, lists and bold. To save, you confirm that you are legally responsible for the text; it is marked Customised and published on the site immediately.
- 3Restore the standard if you wish
Restore standard deletes your text; the document uses the Piyzi standard again.
A customised text does not receive updates to the Piyzi standard, and details written into it, such as the cancellation window or address, are not updated automatically if they change later. When the Piyzi standard is updated, a “Standard updated” mark appears on the row.
Where it appears on the site
Business details and links to all six texts at the bottom of the site.
The privacy notice and terms of use links in the sign-in and booking confirmation steps.
Contract links in online package and membership purchases; when the customer accepts, an exact copy of the texts at that moment is recorded (even if you change the text later, the text accepted for that purchase is kept).
Privacy notice, distance sales, cancellation-refund and privacy links at the bottom of the online payment page.
The standard texts are a general starting point and do not replace legal advice. Consult a lawyer for situations specific to your business (e.g. processing health data). Only the business owner can change the details and texts; they cannot be changed during a support session.
