Defining services, categories and ordering

Define the services you offer with their audiences, staff, durations and prices, split them into categories, reorder them by dragging, set staff-based prices and hide any service on your online booking page.

Last updated: 7 October 2026

You manage your services in the Service Definitions section of the My Business → Settings page. The section has three cards: Services, Categories and Package Templates (the Package Templates card opens the Packages → Package Templates page). These definitions feed appointment creation, sales cards, package sales and the whole of your online booking page.

Adding a service

Open the Services card and press Add Service. The Define New Service window has four steps; you can add several services at once.

  1. 1
    Services

Click services in the ready-made catalogue to select them. The catalogue lists services that fit your business category plus your own custom services; services you have already added do not appear. Narrow the list with the search box and the category filter; more services load as you scroll down or press Show More. As you select, the Next button shows how many services you picked.

For a service that is not in the catalogue, press Add Custom Service: Title and Category are required, Description is optional. When you press Add, the service is added to the list and selected. You can edit or delete your own custom services from the three-dot menu on their row.

  2. 2
    Target Audience

For each service, choose the audiences you offer it to (e.g. women, men, children); Select All selects every audience. Next stays disabled until every service has at least one audience. This step only lists the types selected in the Target Audience field of Company Profile; if the group you need is missing, first add it in My Business → Settings → Company Profile → Target Audience.

  3. 3
    Staff

For each service and audience, choose the staff who will deliver it; Select All adds every staff member. Staff whose department includes that audience are preselected. If any row is left without staff, a Warning window lists the gaps; you can carry on with Continue or go back with Cancel to choose. When you create an appointment and on the online booking page, only the staff you choose here can be selected for this service.

  4. 4
    Duration & Price

For each audience, enter the Duration (Minutes) and the Pricing Model: Fixed Price takes a single Price, Variable Price takes a Min. Price and a Max. Price. Enter the real length of the service as the duration; the calendar block and the times offered online are calculated from it. On the right of the audience row, Online Service marks the service as delivered online (an appointment booked for it on the online booking page is created as an online appointment), and Free marks it as free for that audience, which removes the price fields. The Hide on booking page switch under the service name is explained below. When you press Save, the services are added to the list.

On the Duration & Price step, Advanced Settings to the right of the service name lets you set prices per staff member (the link is hidden if the service is free for every audience). For each staff member choose Use Audience Price (the default), Fixed Price or Variable Price — a session with an experienced staff member can be priced higher.

A variable-price service is shown on your online page with its lowest and highest price as a range. If you set staff-based prices, the customer sees the staff member's price when choosing that staff member.

The service list and editing

Each row in the Services panel shows a drag handle, a star, the service name and the audiences it is defined for underneath. The three-dot menu on the right of the row holds Edit, Add to Favorites (or Remove from Favorites) and Remove Service. Edit opens the Edit Service window:

  • Service Details: for your own custom service, change the Service Name (at least 3 characters), Category and Description, then press Save Details. The name, description and category of a ready-made catalogue service cannot be changed.

  • Booking Page: the Hide on booking page switch (see below).

  • Your audiences are listed at the bottom of the window, each shown as Defined or Not defined. For a defined audience, use Edit to change the staff selection, duration, price and staff-based prices, then press Save Changes; the bin icon removes that audience from the service. Add an undefined audience to the service with Add.

Remove Service removes the service from your list (confirm with Yes, Delete in the dialog). A removed service can no longer be used for new appointments.

Hiding a service on the booking page

If you want to schedule a service only yourself (e.g. a check-up session or a consultation), turn on Hide on booking page. When adding services you'll find the option under each service's title on the last step; later it is in the Booking Page section of the Edit Service window. This switch in the Edit window is saved instantly.

  • Customers won't see a hidden service on your online booking page or in the mobile app, and can't create an individual appointment for it themselves.

  • You and your staff still see the service and can create appointments with it; package sales and sales cards are not affected.

  • Classes and events are not affected by this option.

  • Appointments that were already booked stay as they are.

  • Hidden services are shown in the list with a "Hidden on booking page" label.

Ordering

You can reorder services by dragging them by the handle; once the order is saved, the message “Service order updated.” appears. This order also applies on your online booking page, so you can increase conversion by moving your best-selling service to the top.

Drag and drop is disabled while something is typed in the search box. Clear the search before reordering.

Starred services

Click the star next to a service (or use Add to Favorites) to add it to your favourites. Starred services are shown at the start of the service list on your online booking page, in the “Öne Çıkan Hizmetler” (featured services) section. The star does not change the order of services in the panel's new appointment window.

Categories

On the Categories card of the Service Definitions section (Service Categories in the menu search), use Add Category to create a category with a Title (required), Description and Active status. Ready-made categories from the system carry a lock icon; they cannot be edited or deleted. Manage your own categories with Edit or Remove Category in the three-dot menu.

On your online booking page, services are grouped under collapsible headings by category; services without a category appear under “Diğer” (other).

Adding, editing and removing services are separate permissions (e.g. “Can add company service definitions” — “Şirket hizmet tanımı ekleyebilir” on the role screen); the button for an action you have no permission for is hidden. The business owner can do everything.
