Company settings: profile, location, contact details and images

Manage your business profile, invoicing details, location, contact channels and the images shown on your online page.

Last updated: 3 Ağustos 2026

Under the Business section in the left menu, the Company Settings heading contains nine sub-pages: Company Profile, Invoicing Details, Authorised Contacts, Contact Details, Location Settings, Business Images, Customer Types, Custom Domains and Role & Permission Management.

Company profile

  • Basic details: business name, business type (solo or team), category and target audience.

  • Online store address: the short name (slug) that determines the address of the page where your customers book appointments.

  • Location and regional settings: province/district, time zone and currency.

  • Online presence: website and social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn).

  • Integrations: SMS service provider and sender name.

Location settings

You pick your location from the address search bar; the latitude and longitude fields cannot be filled in by hand and are populated automatically from the map. You cannot save without selecting a location.

The location powers the map on your online booking page and lets customers get directions to you — if the address is not selected correctly, customers are sent to the wrong place.

Business images

The photos you upload to your gallery appear on your online page. With the Edit Slides option on a photo you choose at most five slides to rotate at the top of your page, and change their order by dragging.

Other pages

  • Invoicing Details: invoicing information such as legal title, tax office and tax number.

  • Authorised Contacts: the people authorised to act for the business (name, title, phone, email).

  • Contact Details: phone, WhatsApp and links; marking one as the primary contact channel highlights it on the online page.

  • Customer Types: you define your own types to classify your customers.

  • Custom Domains: you connect your own domain. After adding a domain you need to create an A record in DNS; changes can take between 5 minutes and 48 hours to propagate.

All business settings live in the web panel only; these screens are not available in the mobile app.
