Branding: set the colours of your online booking page

Turn the button and accent colours of your online booking page into your own brand colours. Enter a primary and secondary colour, check the preview, and reset to default with one click.

Last updated: 9 Ağustos 2026

Branding lets you turn the colours of the online booking page your customers see into your business's brand colours, so your booking page looks like a continuation of your website and social media.

This setting does NOT change the look of your management panel. The panel's light/dark theme is set from the profile menu; the colours here apply only to the pages your customers see.

How do I get to the setting?

One of two ways:

  • My Business → Business Profile → the “Branding” card, or

  • My Business → Appointment Settings → the palette icon in the left strip.

Only users with permission to edit general business settings can open this screen. If you cannot see the card, ask your manager for the permission.

Setting the colours

  1. Open the Branding screen.

  2. Enter your main colour in “Primary Colour”. It is used for primary buttons and accents.

  3. Enter your supporting colour in “Secondary Colour”. It is used for links and secondary accents.

  4. Check how the colours will look on your booking page in the “Preview” section.

  5. Click “Save”.

Colours are entered as a hex code — a six-character code preceded by a hash (for example #1B84FF). If you enter an invalid value a warning appears under the field and you cannot save.

If you do not know your brand colour's hex code, take it from the design file of your logo or from your website's colour code. A darker primary colour keeps white text on top of it more readable.

What am I seeing in the preview?

The preview is a small sample of the elements on the real booking page: the primary button (“Book”), a secondary button (“View details”), a status badge and a link. Use it to check colour harmony before saving.

Resetting to default

If you change your mind, click “Reset to default”. The fields clear and your booking page carries on being displayed with Piyzi's standard colours — your page is never left without colours.

Where else are the colours used?

The same brand colours are used on your PiLink (link-in-bio) page too. So once you set them, every Piyzi page your customers see carries the same identity.
