The summary screen: today's work and what needs attention
Follow the day's appointments with the lists on the opening screen; catch expiring packages and packages running low on sessions early.

The Overview screen that opens when you enter the panel brings the day's work and the records that need action together in one place. The refresh icon next to the greeting line at the top reloads the data, and the date box lets you look at another day.
Operational lists
The main part of the screen is made up of tabs; the badge next to each tab shows how many records that list holds:
Upcoming Appointments: the appointment, class and group event records for the selected day.
Package Expiry: customer packages that are about to run out.
Subscription End: memberships that are expiring (visible if the subscription module is enabled).
Running Low on Sessions: packages with few credits left — ideal for a renewal conversation.
On the upcoming appointments tab you can filter the list by All, Individual, Class Sessions and Group Events. Clicking a row takes you to the detail of that record (the appointment window, the packages page or the subscriptions page).
Starting the day by looking at the "Package Expiry" and "Running Low on Sessions" tabs is the easiest way not to miss renewal sales.
What's New in Piyzi
The right-hand column lists the new features, updates and announcements added to Piyzi. Clicking a heading opens its detailed description.
What you see in the tabs and lists depends on your permissions and on the modules you have enabled; if the class or group event module is off, the related filters are not shown.
On mobile the opening screen is Overview. Upcoming appointments and records that need attention are listed here; tap a row to go to the detail of that record.
The lists are stacked in a single column; the tabs scroll horizontally and the selected tab is centred automatically.
