Setup wizard: get your account ready in 5 steps
Business details, services, team invitations, working hours and appointment settings. Opening a new branch? Copy the service and settings list from your existing business as-is.

The setup wizard is a guided flow that gets your newly created business ready to take bookings. It has five steps, with a progress bar at the top showing where you are.
There is no rush: you can leave the wizard with “Later” and pick up where you left off. You can also skip every step except the first with “Skip for now” and complete it later from My Business settings.
Step 1 — Business details
This step is required; your business is created here.
Business Name: the name your customers will see.
Business Address and City/District: your location.
Category: the field that best describes your business. The service suggestions and target audience in the next step are prepared from this.
Who is it for?: your target audience. It is selected automatically from the category and you can change it; to add an option that is not listed, type it and press Enter.
Fill in the fields and click “Create Business and Continue”.
Opening a new branch? Copy your settings
If you already have a business, turn on the “Start with the settings of one of my existing businesses” option in the first step. Instead of entering your service and product lists from scratch, you copy them from your existing branch.
Turn on the “Start with the settings of one of my existing businesses” switch.
Pick the branch to copy from in the “Source business” list.
Tick what you want under “What to copy”: Services, Products, Suppliers, VAT rates, Payment methods, Resources.
Decide on “Prices”: keep them as they are, or reset them (you will enter them later).
Complete the step; the copy happens while the business is being created.
Not copied: customers, appointments, staff, packages and stock. Product stock starts from zero in the new business. Everything copied can be edited afterwards.
When you pick a source business, the target audience list is taken from it as-is and cannot be changed during setup — because service prices are defined per target audience. You can edit it from My Business settings once setup is finished.
Step 2 — Your services
Services suggested for your category come ready. You can edit durations and prices, untick the ones you do not offer, and add a new row with “Add Service”. When you are ready, add the selected services and continue.
Step 3 — Invite your team
Invite the staff you work with. If you work alone you can skip this step and add staff later from the Staff screen.
Step 4 — Working hours
Set the days and hours your business is open. Appointments can only be booked during your open hours — filling this step in correctly matters for your online booking page to work properly.
Step 5 — Appointment settings
The core settings that shape your booking experience (such as appointment intervals and whether approval is required). When you click “Finish Setup” the wizard closes and you start using the panel.
After setup
Everything you entered in the wizard can be changed later: services under My Business → Service Definitions, working hours under My Business → Working Hours, and appointment settings under My Business → Appointment Settings.
