Clicking your avatar at the top right opens a menu showing your name, your e-mail address and your current subscription plan. The menu holds these options: My Account, My Performance, Subscription Management, Theme, Language and Sign Out.
Theme and language
Theme: Dark, Light or System (follows your device setting).
Language: you can choose between Turkish, English and Azerbaijani.
My Performance
This option opens a window that shows your own working performance. By selecting today, this month, last month, the last three months or a custom date range, you see your appointment, package sale and product sale statistics (revenue, number of transactions, success rate).
The My Account page
Your account page has five tabs:
My Account: profile photo, bio, e-mail and phone details, profile completion rate, account summary and your workspaces.
Security: changing your password and two-factor authentication.
Subscription: your Piyzi plan, your usage limits and your payment history.
Notifications: which events send you an SMS and a mobile notification.
Sessions: the devices that are signed in to your account.
Workspaces (businesses)
If you work in more than one business, all of them are listed in the My Workspaces section on the My Account tab. The active business is marked with a badge; the Switch button on another business's card moves you to that business. Businesses you own are marked separately.
Business invitations sent to you also appear on this page; once you accept one, the new business is added to your workspaces.
Using an existing business as a template when you open a new branch
If you are opening a new branch, you do not have to enter your service and product lists from scratch. The Use as template button on the card of a business you own takes you to the new business setup screen with that business already selected as the source. You can also turn on the Start from one of my existing businesses switch on the setup screen and pick the source yourself.
You can tick the sections to be copied one by one:
Services: the service list, its categories and the price/duration rows per target audience.
Products: the product list, its categories and the sale prices.
Suppliers, VAT rates, payment methods and resources (rooms, equipment and so on).
You can choose whether the prices come over unchanged or are reset — if your prices differ from branch to branch, resetting them and entering them later is more practical.
While copying is on, you are not asked for the target audience: the source business's target audiences (Women, Men, Children and so on) are carried over as they are and listed read-only on the screen. The reason is that service prices are defined per target audience — "Haircut [Women]" and "Haircut [Men]" are separate price rows. Changing the list during setup would mean price rows left without a match would not be copied. Once setup is finished you can edit the target audiences from the My Business settings.
Copying is only done while setting up a new business and only from businesses you own; you cannot copy onto an existing business. Customers, appointments, staff, packages and stock data are not copied — product stock starts from zero in the new business.
Every copied record belongs to the new business: editing one does not affect the other.
Notification preferences
The Do Not Disturb mode on the Notifications tab silences every notification with a single switch. For the triggers below it you can turn the SMS and mobile notification channels on and off separately.
There is no save button in the notification settings; the change is saved the moment you flip a switch.
