Navigating the panel: menu, top bar and quick create
Get to know the structure of the left menu and the menu search, the notification, support, approval and price list icons in the top bar, and the Create menu that lets you open a record from anywhere.

The Piyzi panel has three main areas: the menu on the left, the notification and quick-action bar at the top, and the page you are working on in the middle. When you sign in, the Calendar opens.
The left menu
The card at the very top of the menu shows your photo (or your initials), your name and the name of the business you are working in; clicking the card takes you to My Account. If you have more than one workspace, a switch icon appears on the right of the card; click it and pick another business from the My Workspaces list. After switching, the page reloads and the Overview opens.
The menu items are listed in this order:
Overview, Calendar, Appointments, Group Events, Class Management, Facility Rental

Campaigns, Subscription Management (the memberships you sell to your customers), Consent Forms, Body Measurements, Programs
The Messaging section: Inbox, Instagram Comments, Google Reviews
The Marketplace section: Online Booking, PiLink
The My Business section: Staff, Customer Reviews, Accounting & Finance (Expenses, Payments, Receivables), Pi Store, Automations, Developer Tools and Settings
Items that have sub-pages (Reports, Packages or My Business, for example) list them in a panel that opens to the right; the back arrow in the panel header takes you one level up. Settings opens the Company Settings page, where the setting cards such as the business profile, working hours, service and product definitions, taxes and payment methods live.
The menu shows only the pages you have permission for and the modules enabled for your business in Pi Store. If the class module is off, for example, Class Management does not appear, and if no messaging channel is connected, the Messaging section does not appear.
If you cannot find the page you are looking for, type in the Search the menu... box above the menu. Results are listed together with the menu they sit under; setting cards inside Settings, such as Business Hours or Taxes, can be found by name too. You don't have to type Turkish characters: the search ignores them, and letter case does not matter.
To collapse the menu, press the arrow button next to the logo; the menu shrinks to a thin strip of icons and the page gets wider. When you move the pointer over the collapsed menu it opens temporarily. Your preference is remembered in this browser.
The top bar
The name of the page you are on sits on the left of the top bar; on the right you find the Create button and these icons:
Notifications (the bell): opens a panel with two tabs. Notifications holds the notifications your automations send you and the online bookings that come to you; Announcements holds Piyzi's system announcements. A dot on the icon means something is unread; clicking a notification marks it as read and Mark all as read marks them all. You can read your notifications here even with phone notifications turned off.
Support: opens the Support page where you create and follow your support requests; a dot on the icon means a reply has arrived.
Pending approvals: the checkbox icon opens the Pending Approvals panel. The Appointment Requests and Comments tabs are always there; Leave Requests appears for people allowed to approve leave requests, Rentals when the Facility Rental module is enabled and Event Requests only while a participation request is waiting. A dot on the icon means something is waiting; the total is shown in the panel header.
Price List: the tag icon shows your service, product and package prices (and your subscription plans if the Subscription Management module is enabled) in tabs. You can search products by name or barcode and filter services by customer type; prices are not changed from this window.
Profile: your avatar at the top right opens My Account, My Performance, Subscription Management, theme, language and sign-out options.
When a new approval request, notification or announcement arrives, the panel plays a short sound. You turn the sound off and on with the icon in the header of the Pending Approvals or Notifications panel (Mute notifications / Turn on notification sound); the setting applies only to the browser you are using.
The Help button at the bottom right opens the help articles for the page you are on and the Piyzi AI assistant.
The Create menu
The Create button in the top bar lets you open a new record no matter which page you are on:

Time Block — opens the Time Blocks / Leave Management window, where staff leave and blocked hours are managed

The Create menu shows only the options you have permission for. The Package Sale option is visible to the business owner and to staff whose role has the "Müşteriye paket tanımlayabilir" permission (assign packages to customers).
In the mobile app you open the menu from the three-line icon at the top left; it slides in from the left and covers most of the screen. The menu closes by itself as soon as you tap a section.
At the top of the menu you see your photo, your name and your e-mail address, together with the card of the business you are working in; the Change button on that card lets you switch to another workspace from a list. Below it come Overview, Calendar, Appointments, Sales Card, Sales, Packages, Customers, Messages, IG Comments, Google Reviews, Staff, Classes, Events, Programs, Measurements, Access, Facility Rental, Campaigns and Reports; only the items you have permission for and the modules enabled for your business are shown. At the very bottom you find My Account and Sign Out.
The bar at the bottom of the screen holds Overview (the house icon), Calendar, the Quick Actions button in the middle, Customers and My Account (the person icon). Quick Actions offers Create Customer, Package Sale, Create Appointment and Time Block, plus Lesson Planning, Class Enrollment, Create Class and Plan Sessions when the related modules are enabled.
The top bar shows the name of the open screen. The icons on the right: the tick icon opens the Pending Approvals screen (the Appointments and Comments tabs are always there; the Permissions tab for leave requests appears for people allowed to approve them, Rentals when the Facility Rental module is on and Events while a participation request is waiting; the number on the icon is the count of waiting requests), the bell opens Notifications and the tag icon opens the Price List.
On the Notifications screen, the Notifications tab holds the notifications your automations send you and the online bookings that come to you, and the Announcements tab holds Piyzi's system announcements; the number on the bell is the total unread across both. You can read your notifications here even with phone notifications turned off; tapping one marks it as read.
When you tap a phone notification, the Notifications screen opens on the Notifications tab, even if the app was closed. If the notification came from another workspace, the app offers to switch to that workspace. If you allowed notifications later, phone notifications start the next time you open the app; you don't need to sign out and back in.
App updates
When a new version of the app has been downloaded, an A new version is ready bar appears just above the bottom bar. Tap Restart and the app opens with the new version within a few seconds, briefly showing "App updated" at the top; you don't need to close and reopen the app. If you close the bar with ✕, it comes back when you leave the app and return. The bar only appears on the main screens that have the bottom bar, never on top of an open form, and the app never restarts by itself. Even if you keep the app open all day, it looks for a new version each time you come back to it (at most every half hour).
Not every module exists in the mobile app. Business settings, Pi Store, automations, campaign creation, online booking settings and the finance screens are only in the web panel.
