Navigating the panel: menu, top bar and quick create
Get to know the structure of the left menu, the notification and approval icons in the top bar, and the Create menu that lets you open a record from anywhere.

The Piyzi panel has three main areas: the menu on the left, the notification and quick-action bar at the top, and the page you are working on in the middle.
The left menu
At the very top you see your name, your initials and the name of the business you are working in; clicking there takes you to your account page. The menu items are listed in this order:
Overview, Calendar, Appointments, Group Events, Class Management
Sales Cards, Reports, Sales, Packages, Customers
Campaigns, Subscription Management, Body Measurements, Programs
The Messaging and Marketplace sections (online booking, PiLink)
At the bottom, My Business: business settings, service and product definitions, staff, automations, Pi Store and logs
What you see in the menu depends on your permissions and on which modules are enabled for your business. If the class module is off, for example, Class Management does not appear in the menu.
If you cannot find the page you are looking for, use the Search the menu box above the menu — as you type, the matching pages are listed together with the menu they sit under.
The top bar
Announcements: system announcements from Piyzi.
Support: takes you to the page where you create and follow your support requests.
Pending approvals: appointment requests, staff leave requests and customer reviews waiting for approval are collected in three tabs.
Price List: lets you view your service and product prices quickly.
Profile: your avatar at the top right opens the account, theme, language and sign-out options.
The Create menu
The Create button in the top bar lets you open a new record no matter which page you are on:
Create Appointment
Appointment (Class) Planning — if the related module is enabled
Time Block (blocked hours for a staff member)
Create Customer
Create Sales Card
Package Sale
Product Sale
Collapsing the menu gives you more room on screen; your preference is remembered in your browser.
In the mobile app you open the menu from the hamburger icon at the top left; it opens full screen. The menu closes by itself as soon as you tap a section.
Menus that have sub-sections (Class Management, for example) open a sub-list that slides in from the right; the back arrow in the header takes you one level up.
On most screens the top bar keeps only the icons; the page title and the breadcrumb are hidden on mobile.
Not every module exists in the mobile app. Business settings, automations, campaign creation and the finance screens are only in the web panel.
