My Performance: follow your own results

With My Performance in the account menu, see the appointments you completed, your revenue and your package and product sales for the period you pick, and learn how the figures are calculated.

Last updated: 7 October 2026

My Performance shows the signed-in person's own results: the appointments assigned to you and their revenue, and the package and product sales you made as the sales consultant. Each user sees only their own data; no separate permission is needed. The figures belong to the business you are working in; when you switch to another workspace, that business's data is shown.

  1. 1
    Open the window

Click your avatar at the top right and choose My Performance. The window header shows the selected period.

  2. 2
    Pick the period

Today (the default), This Month, Last Month, Last 3 Months (the current month and the two before it) or Custom Date. With Custom Date, pick a start and an end date; until both are picked, "Select both dates" is shown and no results appear. The range can be at most one year; for a longer range an "Invalid date range" message appears.

  3. 3
    Switch between the tabs

Use the Appointments, Package Sales and Product Sales buttons to see your results.

Appointments

  • Total Revenue: the amount of the services assigned to you within the period whose appointment is Completed; discounts are deducted and VAT is added to prices entered without VAT. Sessions used from a package do not count as revenue. The "N transactions" underneath is the number of these service rows.

  • Total Appointments: the appointments within the period in which you are the staff member on at least one service; an appointment with several services counts once.

  • Completed, Cancelled (including those marked as no-show) and Pending (appointments that have not been concluded yet: those with the Not set, Pending or Arrived status).

  • Success Rate: the share of completed appointments in all appointments; it is also shown in the middle of the chart.

Package Sales

Package Revenue is the total amount of the package sales in the period where you are the sales consultant. Packages Sold shows the number of these sales and Active Package the ones that are still active. The sale date decides which period a sale falls into.

Product Sales

Product Revenue is the total of the product sales in the period where you are the sales consultant; sales on cancelled sales cards are not counted. Transaction Count shows the number of sale lines and Units Sold the total quantity of products sold.

For package and product sales to count for you, your name must be selected in the Sales Consultant field of the sale window. Sales without a consultant, and product sales where Cash Register is chosen, count towards nobody's performance.

The performance card on a staff member's detail page uses the same calculation for the current month. To compare staff members, use Reports → Staff Reports.
