Buying a Piyzi plan: paying by card or bank transfer

After the trial, when changing plans or once your time has run out, choose your plan on the plan page; pay by card or bank transfer/EFT, use a coupon and learn the rules for upgrading and downgrading.

Last updated: 7 October 2026

To move from the trial to a paid plan, change your plan or restart a subscription that has expired, you use the plan and payment pages in the web panel. The business owner makes the purchase with their own account; there is no plan purchase in the mobile app.

  1. 1
    Open the plan page

Choose Subscription Management in the avatar menu at the top right. During the trial press Upgrade to Pro or Browse Plans; while your paid plan is running press Change Plan; once the time has run out press Buy a Plan or Activate Account. On an expired account the panel already sends you to the plan page.

  2. 2
Choose the period and the plan

On the "Choose the Plan That Fits You" page, pick Monthly or Yearly payment at the top; the page opens with Yearly selected. The plan cards show the monthly amount, and with Yearly also the yearly total and the plan's saving rate; the number of workspaces and staff per business (and the automation limit if the plan has one) and the features. The plan with the Most Popular badge comes selected. Click a card or the Choose Plan button, check the plan and period in the bar at the bottom and press Buy.

  3. 3
    Check your billing information

The Billing Information card on the payment page shows the company or full name, the address, the tax office and the tax number. To change them, press Edit; My Business → Settings → Billing Information opens. If your time has run out, the settings page does not open; update your billing information before the time runs out.

  4. 4
    Choose the payment method

On the Payment Method card, tick the card option (shown as Kredi / Banka Kartı, marked Recommended) or bank transfer (shown as Havale / EFT). The steps for both methods are below.

  5. 5
Apply a coupon code (if you have one)

In the Order Summary on the right, type your code in the Coupon Code field and press Apply. If the code is valid, "Coupon code applied successfully!" appears and the discount is deducted on the Coupon Discount line; some coupons also give extra time ("You've earned +N months free!"). If the code has expired, its uses have run out or it is not defined for the plan or period you chose, "Invalid or expired coupon code" appears. You can take the coupon off with Remove.

  6. 6
    Complete the payment

Check the Plan Price, the Refund from the Previous Plan and Coupon Discount lines if there are any, and the Total in the summary, then press Complete Payment.

Paying by card

With the card option selected, your saved cards are listed under Your Saved Cards; choose the card you want to pay with. If you have no saved card, the card form opens by itself; to add another card, press Add a New Card.

These fields of the card form are required: Card Name (a name to recognise the card by, e.g. My Company Card), Cardholder (the name on the card), Card Number, and the expiry Month and Year. No security code (CVV) is asked for. Save Card stores the card; if you fill in the form and press Complete Payment straight away, the card is saved first and then charged. The card details are stored on iyzico's infrastructure.

If the charge succeeds, a message confirming the payment appears, your plan becomes active straight away and the Overview opens. If the charge does not go through, a warning appears and your plan does not change; try again with another card.

A subscription paid by card renews automatically from the same card at the end of the period. Saved cards are listed in the workspace where you added them. To delete a card, press the bin icon next to it and confirm with Yes, Delete.

Paying by bank transfer/EFT

When bank transfer is selected, the note "Bank transfers are confirmed within 15-30 minutes." appears. When you press Complete Payment, your order is created and the "Your Order Has Been Created!" page opens. On this page:

  • Bank Account Details: the bank, the account holder, the IBAN and the order number to write in the description; copy each one with the Copy button next to it.

  • The Order Summary on the right: the order number, the package, the billing period and the amount due.

When you make the transfer, be sure to write your order number in the description and send the full amount; otherwise your payment may not be matched. Once you leave this page the bank details are not shown again in the panel; copy them from the page. You can still see your order number and the amount in the Awaiting Payment Confirmation box on the Subscription tab.

Bank transfer/EFT payments are checked by the Piyzi team; they are usually confirmed within 15-30 minutes, and transfers made outside business hours may be processed the next working day. Until then the order shows as Pending in the Payment History; once it is approved, your plan becomes active by itself. For questions you can write to hi@piyzi.com.

The automatic renewal note on the payment page is shown even when bank transfer is selected; however, a bank transfer/EFT payment does not switch automatic renewal on. If your subscription does not renew automatically by card, you pay again at the end of the period.

Upgrading, extending and downgrading

  • Moving from the trial: the new period starts on the day the payment is confirmed; the days left on the trial are not added to it.

  • Upgrading to another plan: the value of the days left on your current paid plan is deducted from the amount as Refund from the Previous Plan in the Order Summary; the new plan starts on the day you pay.

  • Extending with the same plan: if you buy the same plan before the time runs out, the new time is added on top of your current end date; if you buy it after the time has run out, the new period starts on the day you pay.

  • Downgrading: if the amount left from your current plan covers the price of the plan you chose, the page opens as Plan Change and no payment is taken. When you press Schedule the Change, the new plan starts on the end date of your current subscription; a "Plan Change Scheduled" box appears on the Subscription tab. If 3 days or fewer are left, the change is not scheduled and a warning that your subscription is about to end appears.

Automatic renewal and cancellation

Automatic renewal is switched on after every card payment: the subscription renews at the end of the period (every month or every year, depending on the cycle you chose) from that card at the list price of the period you bought; coupon discounts are not applied to renewals. You stop it with the Cancel subscription button on the My Account → Subscription tab; the subscription stays usable until the end of the period. Details are in the "Your Piyzi subscription, your limits and your payment history" article.
