Importing customers from Excel/CSV
Bring the customer list from your old system over with a 4-step wizard: upload the file, map the fields, preview and read the result. No duplicate records are created.

To move customers over from another program or from a spreadsheet you already have, use the Import button on the Customers page. The wizard supports .xlsx, .xls and .csv files; at most 1000 rows are imported at a time.
- 1Upload the file
Select or drag in your file. Your column names are free-form; if you are not sure, use Download Sample Template and work from the ready-made template (First Name, Last Name, Phone, E-mail, Gender, Date of Birth, Note).
- 2Map the fields
Map every column in your file to a Piyzi field; the system guesses automatically from the column names. To continue, the First Name and Last Name columns must be mapped; leave the columns you do not want as "Don't import".
- 3Check the preview
You see how many records will be imported, the duplicates inside the file and the rows that will be skipped because a name is missing. Rows whose phone format cannot be recognised are not dropped — the customer is imported without a number.
- 4Start the import
When the progress bar finishes, the result cards appear: Added, Already registered (skipped), Duplicated in the file (skipped) and Failed.
Rules you should know
Customers already registered with the same phone number are skipped automatically — no duplicate records are created.
Phone numbers are accepted in every common format (05xx, 5xx, +90, 0090...) and converted to the +90 format automatically.
Importing does not trigger automations: imported customers do not receive a "welcome" SMS.
If you have more than 1000 records, split the file and run the wizard several times.
