Verimor SMS integration: connecting your own SMS account
Connect your own Verimor account so SMS messages go out under your business's approved sender header and are billed to your own credit. Header selection, credit tracking and removal steps are covered too.

The Verimor integration connects your business's own Verimor account to Piyzi. Once connected, the SMS messages sent to your customers go out under your approved sender header (usually your business name) instead of Piyzi's, and are billed to your own SMS credit.
Prerequisites
A Piyzi account with an active subscription.
Pi Store edit permission, or being the workspace owner. To only view the remaining credit and the headers, Pi Store view permission is enough.
A Verimor account opened at verimor.com.tr. The account does not belong to Piyzi; the contract, billing and credit purchases are between you and Verimor.
At least one approved sender header on your Verimor account. An account with no approved header cannot be connected.
SMS credit on your Verimor account, so messages can actually be sent.
Connecting the integration
In the left menu, open My Business → Pi Store.
Under the Messaging heading, click the Verimor card.
Enter the Username and Password from your Verimor panel into the matching fields.
Click “Connect”. Piyzi validates the credentials with Verimor and pulls the approved headers on your account.
If validation succeeds, the Verimor card shows “Connected”.
Take the username and password only from your own Verimor panel; Piyzi stores them so it can send SMS on your behalf and never shows them on screen again. If the credentials are wrong you get “Incorrect username or password”, and if the account has no approved header you get “No approved sender header found”.
Choosing the sender header
Open My Business → Business Profile → General Settings.
In the Integrations section, select Verimor under SMS Provider.
Under SMS Header, pick one of the headers approved on your Verimor account.
Save the page.
The header list comes from your Verimor account; you cannot type a header here manually. If you had a new header approved, click “Refresh” on the Verimor card in Pi Store so it appears in the list.
If you do not pick a header, Piyzi uses the first approved header returned by Verimor. If you have more than one header, fill in this field to decide which one is used.
If the SMS Provider field is left empty, whichever active SMS integration is connected will be used.
Tracking your remaining SMS credit
Open Pi Store → the Verimor card; the “Remaining SMS” field shows the current balance of your Verimor account.
When the balance drops below 100, a “Low balance!” warning appears on the card.
Credit is topped up from the Verimor panel; credit cannot be purchased through Piyzi.
When the credit runs out Verimor rejects the request, and your campaign and automation SMS messages are not sent.
Which messages go out from your account?
Appointment creation notifications and appointment reminder SMS.
SMS campaigns (the Campaigns module).
SMS actions inside automations.
Program sharing links sent to the customer by SMS.
Account verification and login codes (OTP) are always sent from Piyzi's own account with the “Piyzi” header; they are never billed to your credit.
What happens if the integration is not connected?
Appointment notifications and reminders: they are still sent, but from Piyzi's own account with the “Piyzi” sender header; they are not billed to your credit.
SMS campaigns: they are not sent at all. When you click send you get an “an active SMS integration is required” error, and a campaign that was already started is closed as “failed”.
Automation SMS steps: they do not run. The step stops with a “Verimor integration not found” error and the rest of the flow does not continue.
Program sharing: it cannot be sent by SMS; the same integration error is returned.
Removing the integration
Open My Business → Pi Store.
Click the Verimor card.
Click “Disconnect” and confirm.
The Verimor username, password and header information stored in Piyzi is taken out of use.
Your Verimor account is left untouched; your remaining credit stays on Verimor's side.
Appointment notifications and reminders keep going out with the “Piyzi” header.
SMS campaigns and automation SMS steps stop working.
You can reconnect at any time by following the same steps and entering your username and password again.
Troubleshooting
“Incorrect username or password”: check the credentials in your Verimor panel. If you changed your Verimor password the connection drops; reconnect from Pi Store.
“No approved sender header found”: your Verimor account has no approved header. The header application and approval happen on Verimor's side; reconnect once it is approved.
My new header is not in the list: click the “Refresh” button on the Verimor card; the headers are pulled from Verimor again.
SMS still goes out with the “Piyzi” header: the integration may not be connected, or SMS Provider/SMS Header may not be selected in Business Profile; check both.
The campaign came back as “failed”: there may be no active SMS integration or no Verimor credit. Check the remaining credit on the card and top up from the Verimor panel.
I changed the setting but the SMS arrived with the old header: reminders that were already scheduled are sent with the provider details captured when the appointment was created. The change applies from new appointments onwards.
The customer did not receive the SMS: check the customer's phone number and the SMS notification and reminder toggles on the appointment.
Sending stops when you change your Verimor account password or run out of credit. Appointment notifications keep going out with the “Piyzi” header, but your SMS campaigns and automation SMS steps do not run at all — Piyzi does not fall back to its own account for those.
