The customer report and segment analysis
Sort and filter your customers by spending, visits and outstanding debt, and export the list.

The Customer Reports page lets you analyse your customer base against financial and operational criteria.
Sorting and filters
You can sort customers ascending or descending by criteria such as total spending, visit count and outstanding debt. Filters let you apply a registration date range, a minimum spend, activity status and similar criteria.
The date filter applies to the customer's registration date. Spending, debt and visit figures cover all time — to see the revenue of a specific period, use the Cash Register Report.
Due debt vs upcoming
Debt is shown as two separate figures. Due debt is the open balance of sales cards dated today or earlier — this is what you can actually collect, and it is the number in the summary box. Upcoming is the open balance of appointments that have not happened yet; it appears in a smaller line underneath only when it is greater than zero.
The split matters for recurring appointments: creating a series opens a separate sales card for each session, so balances stretching months ahead are already recorded. Shown as a single total, sessions you have not delivered yet would look like collectable receivables.
The active/inactive split is based on activity in the last 30 days.
Export
Excel: two sheets, customers and summary; up to 50,000 records.
PDF: at most 100 customers are printed — use Excel for longer lists.
Use the "top spenders" sort to find your loyal customers, save them as a list from the Customers page, and then send a dedicated SMS campaign to that list.
On mobile, open Reports from the menu and pick Customer Reports from the chip row at the top.
This report has no date filter at all on mobile — every figure covers all time. To analyse a specific period, use the Cash Register report or the web panel.
Sorting
Six chips set the sort: Registration Date (the default), Spending, Debt, Appointment, Risk and Last Appointment. Tapping a new criterion sorts it descending; tapping the one that is already active flips the direction, shown by the arrow on the chip.
Filters
Three toggles: With Active Package, Without package and Banned. Tap one again to clear it. There is no free-text customer search in this report.
What the screen shows
Four tiles — Total Customers, Due Debt, Avg. Spend and Active / Inactive — then the customer list. Each row shows the name, phone, appointment count, registration date and total spending, plus the outstanding debt when there is any, and badges for the risk score, an active package and a ban. The list loads 20 at a time with the Load More button.
Excel and PDF export are not available on mobile; use the web panel to download files.
