Reports: the overview panel and what counts as revenue

See your revenue, costs and profit on one screen; learn which records count as revenue and how the date filter works.

Last updated: 10 Ağustos 2026

The Reports section in the left menu contains seven reports: Overview, Cash Register Reports, Customer Reports, Staff Reports, Product Stock Report, Package Sales Report and Channel/Source Report.

Date range

Every report uses the date filter at the top: Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, This Year, or a custom range of your own. Overview opens with this month by default.

Overview cards

  • Revenue: all payments collected in the selected period.

  • Expenses: expense payments made in the selected period.

  • Net Profit: revenue minus expenses.

  • Profit Margin: net profit as a share of revenue.

What counts as revenue: only completed payments count, and they are grouped by payment date. Receivables recorded on credit and collected later also enter revenue on the day they are collected. Receivables that have not been collected yet are not included.

The rest of the panel

  • Payment summary: revenue, pending receivables and overdue amounts.

  • Sales summary: the split between service, product and package sales.

  • Appointment statistics: appointment counts by status.

  • Customer metrics, top-spending customers and at-risk customers.

  • Staff performance, popular services and products, package status, review summary, expense breakdown.

Class and access summaries appear only if the related modules are enabled for your business.

All calculations use the Türkiye time zone; daily breakdowns are grouped by local day.
