The package sales report gathers every package sold in the period you choose into one list. You see both which package is selling and how much of its money has been collected on the same screen.
Opening the report
Open Reports from the left menu.
Pick “Package Sales Report” from the report list.
Set the date range in which the package was sold with “Sales Period”.
Filters
Package Status: active, completed or expired packages.
Sales Consultant: filter by the staff member who sold it.
Package Template: look at one particular package type.
Customer: a single customer's packages.
Payment Status: fully paid, partially paid or unpaid packages.
Search / Sorting: search by name and sort the list.
Columns
Sale Date · Package · Customer · Consultant: the identity of the sale.
Status: the package's current status.
Amount: the package's sale price.
Paid / Outstanding: collected and pending amounts.
Payment: a summary of the payment status.
Usage: how much of the package's credit has been used. A high amount with low usage means the customer is not turning up — a good signal to follow up on.
Highest-earning packages
This card above the list ranks the package templates that generated the most revenue in the period. It is the first place to look when deciding which package to promote or whose price to revisit.
A high “Outstanding” total means uncollected revenue is building up. You can follow these customers from the Accounting → Receivables screen.
On mobile, open Reports from the menu and pick the Package Sales report from the tabs at the top. The figures are the same as on the web.
Filter options are more limited on mobile than on the web, and Excel/PDF export is not available on mobile; use the web panel to download files or filter in detail.
