Product stock report: stock on hand, movements and critical level
See how many units of each product you have left, the ins and outs within the period, units sold and stock value. Flag products running low with the critical stock threshold.

The product stock report answers two questions at once: what do I have right now and what moved during the period I chose. Use it when deciding on orders and when doing a stock count.
Opening the report
Open Reports → Product Stock Report from the left menu.
Use “Movement Period” to set the range over which stock movements and sales are counted. The report opens with This Month; for Custom Date, choose Start and End.
Current Stock and Stock Value are independent of the period — they always show today's position. The period only affects the Stock In, Stock Out, Units Sold, Sales Revenue and Last Movement columns.
Summary tiles
For the products that match the filters you see Total Products, Total Stock Value, Out-of-Stock Products, Critical Stock (the number of products at or below the threshold that are not out of stock), Stock In for the Period (Units) and Stock Out for the Period (Units).
Filters
Category: lists only one product category; when empty, All categories are shown.
Stock Status: All, In Stock, Critical or Out of Stock.
Critical Stock Threshold: 5 by default. Products with current stock at zero or below count as Out of Stock; those above zero but at or below this number count as Critical. The threshold is not saved; it goes back to 5 when you reopen the page.
Search Products: search by product name or barcode.
Sort: Product Name (A-Z or Z-A), Stock (High to Low or Low to High) and Stock Value (High to Low or Low to High).
The Critical Stock Threshold box reloads the report after every digit and is locked while the report loads. When typing a two-digit threshold, wait for the reload after the first digit to finish, click the box again and then type the second digit; otherwise the second digit may be lost.
What the columns mean
Product and Category: the product name (with its barcode underneath, if any) and its category.
Current Stock: units on hand as of today.
Status: In Stock, Critical or Out of Stock.
Sale Price: the product's defined sale price.
Stock Value: current stock × sale price; it is not the purchase cost.
Stock In: units that entered stock in the selected period: Stock In movements, the opening stock entered when the product was added, and units returned to stock when a product sale is deleted or its quantity reduced, or when a sales card with products is deleted.
Stock Out: units that left stock in the selected period: product sales and Stock Out movements.
Units Sold and Sales Revenue: the quantity and amount of product sales in the period; sales on cancelled sales cards are not counted.
Last Movement: the date of the latest stock movement within the selected period; “—” if there was none.
Stock Adjustment movements (where you enter the correct stock after a count) are not written to the Stock In or Stock Out columns; an adjustment only sets Current Stock to the number you entered. If you made an adjustment in the period, the difference between stock in and stock out does not explain the change in current stock. You can see adjustments in the Stock Movements list by opening the product under My Business → Settings → Products.
Stock figures only reflect product sales made through Piyzi and the stock movements you entered. Products sold by hand at the till and never entered into the system are not deducted. If you sell more than you have, current stock goes below zero and the product shows as Out of Stock; after a count, enter the correct number with a Stock Adjustment. Cancelling a sales card does not put its products back into stock: the sale drops out of Units Sold, but the units taken from stock are not added back. To return them to stock, record a Stock In or a Stock Adjustment.
The list loads 50 products at a time; press Load More to see the rest. This report has no Excel/PDF export.
On mobile, open Reports from the menu and pick Product Stock Report from the strip at the top. The period chips are Today, This Week, This Month (the default), This Year and Custom. You can search by product name or barcode and filter with the All, In Stock, low-stock and Out of Stock chips. The low-stock chip, tile and badge — Critical on the web — are labelled “Descending” in the English app; the threshold is 5.
Tiles: Total Products, Stock Value, Depleted, the low-stock count with its threshold, Period Sales (units and revenue) and the stock in / stock out tile, labelled “Check-in / Check-out” in the English app (units that entered and left stock in the period; Stock Adjustment movements are not included). Products are listed by name, 50 at a time; each row shows the category, barcode, unit price, current units, stock value, a status badge and, when there were sales in the period, the units sold.
The category filter, changing the critical stock threshold and sorting are only available in the web panel. This report has no Excel/PDF export.
