Taxes, payment methods, tags and customer sources

Define your VAT rates, the payment methods you accept, your customer tags and where your customers came to you from.

Last updated: 3 Ağustos 2026

The Other Settings heading in the Business section consists of four pages: Taxes, Payment Methods, Tags and Customer Sources.

Taxes

You can pick from the ready-made VAT rates or define your own. If you mark a rate with Set as Default, it is applied automatically to new services, products and packages.

Payment methods

Methods that come with the system, such as cash, credit card and bank transfer, are locked and cannot be deleted; if you want to add a method specific to your business you define it with "Add Payment Method". The methods defined here appear as options on every payment screen.

Tags

You define coloured tags to group your customers and your sales cards. Tags can be used as a filter in the customer list and help you pick a target audience for SMS campaigns.

Customer sources

You define your own channels to track where a customer came to you from (Instagram, signage, referral, Google and so on). "Referral" is a system source, and when it is selected you also mark the customer who recommended you on the customer record.

If you keep source tracking up to date, the reports show you which marketing channel really brings in customers.
