Your Piyzi subscription, your limits and your payment history

Keep track of the plan you are on, the time you have left and your limits; change your plan and view your past payments.

Last updated: 7 September 2026

This page is about your own subscription, the one you pay Piyzi for. For the memberships you sell to your customers, see the Subscription Management module.

Your current plan

The My Account → Subscription tab shows the name of the plan you are on, its start and end dates and a counter for the time you have left. Depending on your situation, a button to change the plan, extend it or buy one is shown.

Usage limits

Progress bars show how much of your plan's limits you have used: how many workspaces (businesses) you can open and how many staff members you can add per business. A warning appears when a limit is close to being full.

Automatic renewal and cancellation

Your paid subscription renews automatically at the end of the period according to the cycle you chose at checkout (monthly or yearly), charging the same amount to your saved card. The renewal date, the amount and the last four digits of the card appear in the "Automatic renewal" box on the Subscription tab.

If you do not want it to renew, press "Cancel subscription" before the period ends: your subscription stays usable until the end of the current period, ends on that date and your card is not charged. If you change your mind, you can turn renewal back on from the same place with "Undo cancellation".

If the charge to your saved card fails (insufficient funds, expired card, etc.), your service stays open for seven more days; the charge is retried a few times during that window and a warning is shown at the top of the panel. If you update your card and complete the payment with "Pay now", there is no interruption; if no payment is taken by the end of the seven days, the panel is locked.

Automatic renewal only works for payments made by credit card. If you pay by bank transfer/EFT, you pay manually at the end of the period.

Payment history

Your past subscription payments are listed in a table: order number, date, the plan you bought, the amount, the payment method (credit card or bank transfer/EFT) and the status (paid, pending, failed or refunded). The transaction link on the row takes you to the details.

When your subscription expires, most of the panel is closed off and you can only reach the pricing, account and payment pages. Your data is not deleted; once you pay, you carry on where you left off.

If you paid by bank transfer/EFT, an "Awaiting Payment Confirmation" warning is shown until your payment is approved; after approval your plan becomes active automatically.
