Package templates: prepare your standard packages
Define the packages you sell often as templates; call them up with one click in the sale wizard, produce variants by copying them and archive the ones that are out of date.
Last updated: 8 Ağustos 2026
The Packages → Package Templates page in the left menu lets you define the service combinations you sell often as drafts in advance. Templates are called up with one click in the "Sale from Template" flow of the sale wizard, so the price and service details are not entered by hand on every sale and the risk of a wrong entry drops.
List and filters
Columns: Template (name + description) · Services (items and their counts) · Price (with the VAT included/excluded note) · Validity (days or Unlimited) · Status (Active/Archived) · Action.
Filters: the "Search templates..." box and the status menu (All Statuses / Active / Archived).
Creating a new template
- 1Basic information
Press the New Template button at the top right. The Template Name is required; if you leave the Validity (days) field empty the package has no expiry (180 days is suggested on a new template), and you can write the terms of use into the Description field. The Cancellation Rights field sets the default number of cancellation rights for packages sold from this template — refunds outside the class cancellation window are taken from this pool (0 = no rights).
- 2Service items
Add rows with the Add Service button; each row holds a service selection, a Quantity (the number of session credits) and a Unit Price. The subtotal of quantity × unit price appears at the end of the row. If the package will not be tied to a specific service, turn on the "Valid for all services" switch on the row — the service selection is locked and the item covers every service.
- 3Price and tax
The Calculate Total button carries the item subtotals into the Total Price field; you can override the total price by hand if you need to. Choose the tax rate, state whether the price includes tax with the "VAT Included" switch, and save with Create.
The Actions menu
Edit: updates the template's name, price, tax, validity days and service items.
Copy: derives a new template based on an existing one; you can enter the new name you want or leave it empty to create it with a "(Copy)" suffix. This is the fastest way to make variants with a different price or duration.
Archive / Activate: removes a template that is out of date from the sale screens without deleting it; an archived template can be activated again.
Delete: removes the template permanently.
A change made to a template does not affect past sales — the template details are copied into the package at the moment of the sale.
