Package detail: summary, collections and usage history
Get to know the four tabs on the package detail page; learn how to add a collection, collect a receivable, edit the package and correct its validity or credits.
Last updated: 8 Ağustos 2026
When you choose Actions → Detail in the Package Sales list, the management page of the package opens. The top bar holds the package name, the status badge and the Edit and Delete buttons; four tabs sit below it.
Tabs
Summary: the customer information and the sales consultant; the sale/end date, the cancellation rights (shown as "{remaining} lessons" when defined), the total amount, the amount paid, the outstanding balance and the total usage bar. If there is an outstanding balance and the package ends in less than 30 days, warning cards appear on the right.
Usage: the package contents table — the total, used and remaining credits for each service. This screen is read-only; credits are deducted from a sales card or from class attendance.
Collections: every record in the payment plan (amount, method, date, status). Pending receivables have a Collect button on their row.
Usage History: the date, the service, the staff member who performed it and the source (Sales Card, Class Session, QR Check-in or Manual) of every credit deduction. You can click through to the sales card and session records from here; refunded usages appear struck through with a "Refunded" badge.
Adding a collection and collecting a receivable
- 1Add Collection
Use the Add Collection button on the Collections tab to enter the date, the amount and the payment method. If you turn on the "Receivable" switch, the payment is recorded as a debt with a planned payment date; for the date there are 1 Week, 15 Days, 1 Month, Start of Month and End of Month quick buttons.
The total of the receivables and collections cannot exceed the total amount of the package.
- 2Collect
Close the debt with the Collect button on the row of a receivable that is due, entering the collection date, the amount and the payment method. Overdue receivables are marked on the row with a "Payment overdue" label.
Editing the package
From the Edit window you can change the package name, the total amount, the expiry date, the sales consultant, the notes and the status of the package (Active, Completed, Expired, Cancelled). There is no separate button for cancelling a package — it is enough to set the status to "Cancelled".
For data integrity, the package contents (service items and credit counts) cannot be changed from the Edit window. To add credits, use Actions → Add Credits in the list; for a bulk correction, use Actions → Reconciliation.
Expiry
Every day the system automatically moves active packages that have reached their end date to "Expired"; packages with an empty end date (no expiry) never expire.
If you have defined them in the Automations module, an automatic reminder is sent to the customer 7, 3 and 1 days before the end date.
Session credits reserved earlier are preserved on an expired package — scheduled appointments and class attendances are still deducted from it.
To put an expired package back into use, give it a new end date with Actions → Extend Validity.
Tapping a package card opens a detail screen with warning cards (for expired packages, packages with no credits left or packages with an outstanding balance), the customer information, the package summary, the package contents and the collections sections.
What you can do on mobile
Edit: the package name, total price, end date, status, sales consultant and note can be updated.
Add Collection: a new collection or a receivable with a due date is added to the payment plan.
Collect: you close a pending receivable by choosing a payment method.
Delete: the same two-stage confirmation as on the web applies — if there are used session credits and collections, you are asked explicitly to confirm that all of them will be deleted.
The package contents (service items and credit counts) cannot be changed from mobile; extending validity, adding session credits and reconciliation are web-panel only as well.
The package contents section is read-only: it shows the total, used and remaining credits for each service. Credits are deducted from a sales card.
