The Package Sales page: list, filters and quick actions
See every service package you have sold in a single list; track usage rates, remaining session credits and packages that are about to expire with filters.
Last updated: 3 Ağustos 2026
When you open Packages → Package Sales from the left menu, you see every service package assigned to a customer in your business in a single list. The counter under the heading shows the total number of packages matching your filters. The blue New Package Sale button at the top right starts a new sale.
Table columns
Package: the package name, the sale date and, if it was sold from a template, a template badge.
Customer: the customer the package belongs to (click the name to open the customer card).
Services: the service items in the package, each with its remaining/total credit count. If there are more than two items, they are summarised as "+N more".
Usage: used/total credits, the percentage and a progress bar. The remaining and, if any, reserved credits also appear here.
Validity: the number of days left and the end date. Packages with no expiry show "Unlimited"; 7 days or fewer is shown in red and 30 days or fewer in yellow, and a warning icon appears on packages that are about to expire.
Status: an Active, Completed, Expired or Cancelled badge.
Action: the Actions menu at the end of the row.
Rows of packages that are close to expiry are highlighted with a yellow background and rows with few credits left with a red one — you spot the packages that need attention as soon as you scan the list.
Search and filters
Search bar: searches by package name as you type.
Customer filter: pick a single customer from a searchable list to show only their packages.
Sale Date: All, Today, This Week, This Month, Last Month, Last 3 Months, or a Custom Date range whose start and end days you set yourself.
Status: you can select more than one of Active, Expired, Completed and Cancelled at the same time.
Quick Filter: All · Expiring Within 7 Days · Expiring Within 30 Days · Low Credits Left (<3) · Fully Used · Never Used · Packages Without Expiry.
Sorting: Newest, Oldest, Expiring Soon, Fewest Credits Left, Most Used, Least Used, Price (High), Price (Low), Sale Date (Newest), End Date (Soonest).
The Clear Filters button, which appears while a filter is active, resets every selection with one click.
The row Actions menu
Detail: opens the package detail page (summary, usage, collections and usage history).
Extend Validity: gives the package a new end date. The new date can be tomorrow at the earliest and 365 days from today at the latest. It cannot be used on cancelled packages.
Add Credits: defines extra session credits on the service items in the package (at most 1000 per item). It cannot be used on cancelled or expired packages.
Reconciliation: lets you correct the total and used credit counts item by item; you can also correct the end date on the same screen. The new total cannot be lower than the sum of the used and reserved sessions.
Delete: deletes the package (see the warning below).
When you try to delete a package that has used credits or collection records, the system asks for a second confirmation: ALL collection records are deleted along with the package and drop out of your cash and revenue reports. This cannot be undone.
Managing expiring packages proactively
Select "Expiring Within 7 Days" or "Expiring Within 30 Days" in the Quick Filter menu to list the customers to call about a renewal.
Use the "Low Credits Left (<3)" filter to offer a new package to customers who are about to run out of credits.
The "Never Used" filter shows customers who bought a package but have not started receiving the service — ideal for a reminder call.
If you define them in the Automations module, the system can also send automatic SMS messages and notifications for packages 7, 3 and 1 days before they expire.
In the mobile app, tapping the Packages tab in the bottom menu opens the "Customer Packages" list. Each package card shows the customer name, a usage percentage bar, a status badge and the number of days left; tap a card to open the package detail.
Search and filters
The search bar at the top searches by package name.
The filters let you pick a customer and set the status (Active, Expired, Completed, Cancelled) and the sale date range.
The "Expiring soon" switch shows only packages whose end date is approaching.
The sorting options are the same as on the web (Newest, Ending Soon, by usage and by amount).
On mobile the sale date filter is set to "This Month" by default — if you cannot see an older package, set the date filter to "All" first.
To sell a new package, use the New button at the top right. Extending validity, adding session credits and reconciliation are available only in the web panel.
