Advanced Planning Tool: bulk planning on the weekly schedule

Place a student's package credits onto the weekly schedule in one screen: group lesson selection, private lessons and quick placement together.

Last updated: 17 Ağustos 2026

The Advanced Planning Tool is for placing a student's package credits onto the schedule in one screen: the weekly grid shows every class session and private appointment together, you select group lessons by clicking, add private lessons into empty slots, and save everything at once. You reach the tool from the Actions menu on the Classes screen, from the Students page, or from the Class Enrolments tab on the customer detail.

The flow

  1. 1
    Student and package
  2. 2
    Selecting on the weekly grid
  3. 3
    Summary and save

Quick Place

From the strip above the grid pick day(s), a time and optionally an instructor, then hit Place: matching available group lessons are selected automatically. When several sessions match the same moment the fullest one is chosen; full, conflicting and out-of-scope sessions are skipped and the result is reported. With "Into future weeks until credits run out" enabled, placement continues into the following weeks.

Rules

  • Planning is impossible without a package, and you cannot select more than the package credits.

  • Sessions the student is already enrolled in appear locked; a full session can only be added with confirmation (exceeding the capacity).

  • If the selected package's items do not cover a service, that session/private lesson cannot be selected.

  • If the selections run past the package expiry, an extension approval to the last lesson is required before saving.

  • Seeing participant names requires the enrolment view permission, and seeing other customers' appointment owners requires the appointment view permission — without them only the instructor and service name are shown.

Closing the screen without saving discards the selections; the tool asks for confirmation first. Saved lessons appear immediately on the class's Students tab and the Students page.
