Class Management: the overview panel and the class list
Track your studio's occupancy, attendance and pending attendance on a single screen; filter, copy and manage your classes.
Last updated: 8 Ağustos 2026
The Class Management module is for managing group classes that repeat on a weekly pattern (pilates, yoga, personal training groups). The Overview screen summarises the daily state of your studio.
The metric cards at the top
Active Classes: the number of classes currently running.
Sessions This Week: the total number of sessions this week and how many of them are completed.
Active Students: the number of distinct customers with at least one pending upcoming lesson.
Occupancy Today: the capacity fill percentage across today's sessions.
Weekly Attendance: the weekly attendance rate.
Pending Attendance: the number of sessions whose attendance has not been entered; if there are none it says "All attendance is up to date".
Needs attention (the action centre)
The system collects the situations that need action into six tabs: Filling Up, Expired, Capacity Issues, Awaiting Attendance, No Instructor and Enrolment Without Package. For example, the "Extend" button on the row of a student whose package is about to run out takes you straight to the renewal screen.
Heat map and trend
The weekly heat map uses colours in a day-and-hour matrix to show which time slots are full and which are empty — ideal for deciding when to open a new class.
The highlights block lists the most in-demand classes of the last 30 days.
The 8-week trend chart shows attendance and new enrolments together.
The class list
The Filters panel on the Classes screen contains search, status (multiple), level (multiple), instructor, room, service type, end date and start date range filters. There is also a "Show ended" switch and an option to download the list as CSV.
Table columns: Class (name + default instructor), Room, Schedule (weekly pattern and time), Capacity, Students (active students/capacity), Services, Policies (online booking badge), Status and Start.
The row action menu
Details: the class's sessions, the Students tab (a per-customer lesson breakdown) and its statistics.
Edit: update the capacity, instructor, schedule and policies.
Copy: derive a new class with the same rules.
Cancel: close the class and its future sessions.
You reach the session freeze wizard from the blue Actions menu on the Classes screen, under "Freeze Sessions".
On mobile you can open the Classes screen from the menu. The class list, the class detail (overview, sessions, students), the session list and the session detail with attendance are all available on mobile.
Differences between mobile and web
On mobile, creating a class is not a 7-step wizard but a single-page form split into sections.
Lesson enrolment works with the same model as the web: you pick multiple lessons from the list and each selected lesson becomes its own record.
The sessions screen has no weekly calendar view, only the list.
Freezing sessions and undoing a freeze from the freeze history can also be done on mobile (a single form with a preview).
To take attendance at class time, use the Sessions → the relevant session → attendance list flow; when attendance is marked, the package credit is deducted with exactly the same rules as on the web.
