What is Facility Rental and how do I enable it?
Enable the module from Pi Store to rent out courts, pitches, halls or meeting rooms by the hour.

Facility Rental lets you manage physical spaces that are rented for specific time slots: tennis and padel courts, football pitches, wedding and event halls, meeting rooms, studios and co-working spaces.
The module is enabled from Pi Store. Until you enable it, nothing related to Facility Rental appears in the menu, the calendar or your customer-facing pages.
A facility and an appointment/lesson resource are separate concepts. If you defined the same room in both places, select that resource as the facility's linked resource; each side then sees the other's busy hours and warns about double booking (see Creating a facility).
How to enable it
- 1Open Pi Store
Go to My Business → Pi Store in the side menu.
- 2Open the Facility Rental card
Click the Facility Rental card among the modules; the window explains what the module does.
- 3Click Activate
Click Activate. The module is switched on and the page reloads.
- 4Check the menu
Facility Rental appears in the side menu with Facility Calendar, Reservations and Facilities. Facility Rental Report is also added to the Reports menu.
Turning the module on or off needs the “Entegrasyonları yapabilir” (can set up integrations) permission; the business owner and the Yönetici (Manager) role have it.
First steps after enabling
Create your facilities on Facility Rental → Facilities (see Creating a facility).
Enter the working hours and, if needed, pricing rules on the facility's detail page.
Review the Rental rules card at the top of the Facilities page.
Add the Facility Rental permissions to the roles you created yourself (see Facility Rental permissions).
If customers should book online, turn on Open to online booking on the facility (see How customers rent a facility online).
What happens if you disable it?
Open the Facility Rental card in Pi Store, click Deactivate and confirm “Disable Facility Rental?” with Yes, disable. The menu and screens are hidden, but your data is not deleted. Facilities, pricing rules and records stay in place and return when you enable the module again.
Disabling the module also closes your public online rental page and stops your rental automations. Review any upcoming reservations before you disable it.
You cannot turn the module on or off from your phone; that is done on the web panel in My Business → Pi Store. Once it is on, the mobile app has two surfaces.
Staff app
Facility Rental appears in the side menu (if your role has the “Tesis kiralama modülünü görüntüleyebilir” permission — view the Facility Rental module). The screen has two tabs: Today (an hour × facility grid with a daily summary) and List (Upcoming, Awaiting approval, Past). The + button at the bottom right opens a new reservation; tapping a record lets you confirm, mark arrival, complete, mark no-show, move, add a payment or cancel. Rentals also appear on the main calendar and on the Rentals tab of the Pending Approvals screen.
Facility, pricing-rule, rental-rule and extras setup, Close / Block, recurring series, check-in/check-out and security deposits, permissions, rental automations and the Facility Rental Report are not on the phone; they are on the web panel. If you have no facility yet, the screen says “Create a facility from the web panel first.”
Customer mode
When your customers sign in to the Piyzi app with Customer Sign In, Rent a Facility appears in the menu and in the + menu of the bottom bar; they pick the facility, the duration and the time and create a reservation or a request (see How customers rent a facility online).
