Creating a facility (court, pitch, hall)
Every rentable space is a 'facility'. Create one in a single screen with a name, duration model and price.

Every rentable space is a facility: Court 1, Pitch A, Main Hall, Meeting Room 2. Facilities are managed under Facility Rental → Facilities.
Adding a facility
- 1New facility
Use the New facility button; a panel opens on the right.
- 2Give it a name
For example Court 1.
- 3Choose the duration model
Fixed durations: the customer picks a preset length (60 min, 90 min). Flexible duration: the customer sets start and end themselves, within min/max limits and a step.
- 4Enter the price
Fixed durations each carry their own price. Flexible duration uses an hourly base price.
- 5Save
The facility is created and its detail page opens.
Categories
Facilities can be grouped into categories. If you never create one, the system creates a General category with your first facility; the category strip only appears once you have two or more.
With a single court, ignore categories entirely — the system handles it for you.
Reservation start times
By default times are generated from the shift start. Some facilities need otherwise: a pitch may run "first match 13:00, then on the hour".
Turn on Let me set the start times myself in the facility form and enter two things: the first rental time and the start interval. The form shows the resulting times immediately.
First 13:00 · interval 60 min → 13:00, 14:00, 15:00…
First 13:30 · interval 60 min → 13:30, 14:30, 15:30…
First 09:00 · interval 90 min → 09:00, 10:30, 12:00…
The first time may fall before the shift; the pattern is kept and the first slot inside the shift is used — 06:00 with a 90-minute interval and a 10:00 opening gives 10:30, not 10:00.
Start times follow the same 15-minute rule as durations: 13:30 is fine, 13:07 is not — an off-grid start would disable conflict checking.
Why must durations be multiples of 15?
Conflict control locks the facility in 15-minute slices. A duration that does not fit the grid would make the locked time differ from the real duration, so it is rejected on save.
