Facility Rental permissions
Who can manage facilities, create reservations, approve requests or override prices?

The module carries eight separate permissions:
View the Facility Rental module — the base permission needed for the menu and screens
Manage facilities and rental rules
View facility reservations
Create facility reservations
Edit and reschedule facility reservations
Cancel facility reservations
Approve facility rental requests
Override the rental price manually
Default roles
Owner and Manager have all permissions. The Staff role can see the module and create, edit and cancel reservations; approval and price override are intentionally excluded. Accounting has read-only access.
Custom roles you created do not receive the new permissions automatically. After enabling the module, add the Facility Rental permissions to those roles from Staff Management → Roles.
