Facility Rental report: occupancy, revenue and busyness
Which facility is busy, what it earns per open hour, which hours are empty. Downloadable as Excel and PDF.

Reports → Facility Rental Report has three blocks: summary cards, a per-facility table and a busyness grid.
Revenue is not the same as collected
Revenue is the value of reservations that actually happened: completed and in progress. Future confirmed bookings are excluded; cancellations and no-shows never count.
Collected is cash received. The gap between them is the Uncollected column.
How occupancy is computed
Occupancy = booked hours / open hours. The denominator is the hours the facility was actually open, with breaks deducted.
Revenue per hour (RevPAH)
Combines occupancy and price into one number: revenue per open hour. 50% occupancy at a high price can beat 90% at a low one.
Check the Busyness grid before setting pricing rules: discounting empty hours often earns more than raising peak prices.
Export
Excel — three sheets: Facilities, Summary, Busyness.
PDF — summary and facility table.
Exporting needs its own permission; seeing the report is not enough.
The report menu appears only for businesses with Facility Rental enabled.
