Where rentals appear on other screens
Main calendar, the approvals bell, the customer card and the Overview page, all with the same modal.

Facility Rental lives on its own pages, but rentals also appear on four screens you already use, always with the same reservation modal.
1. Main calendar
Rentals are drawn as a separate event type next to appointments, and can be toggled from the Shown on calendar filter. Drag a card to another time and, after a confirmation, it moves and the customer is notified.
A rental card cannot be resized on the calendar. Duration affects price, so change it from Reschedule inside the card's modal.
Staff restricted to their own calendar do NOT see rentals: rentals have no staff assignment yet, so there is no "own record" to scope to.
2. Approvals bell
Online rental requests are added to the bell count. The panel gets a Rentals tab where you approve or reject without leaving it.
3. Customer card
The customer detail page gets a Rentals tab listing that customer's reservations with date, status, total and amount collected.
4. Overview
The Overview page shows a Facility Rental card: today's count, pending approvals, today's total and the uncollected total, plus today's reservations by hour.
If you turn the module off
Turning Facility Rental off in the Pi-Store removes these traces too. No data is deleted; everything returns when you turn it back on.
