Enrolling lessons in a class
Enrol by selecting multiple lessons from the calendar; every selected lesson is its own record. Handle the package credit limit, expiry overflow and full lessons.

The green Enrol Student button on the class detail (named Add Student on the Students tab) opens a single wizard: customer, class, package or subscription, lesson selection, staff note and summary. There is no separate "enrolment type" — every record is a single lesson; you get as many records as the lessons you select from the list.
A package or a subscription is required
The system lists only the packages that still have credits and match the class's allowed services.
If the customer has no suitable package, a "No active package" warning appears; you can sell one with "Sell Package" without leaving the wizard and then carry on.
When enrolling with a subscription, lessons after the subscription end date cannot be selected.
Selecting lessons
Upcoming lessons are listed one under another on a date-ordered timeline, and the nearest lessons come pre-selected automatically, one for each remaining package credit. Remove the ones you don't want or add new lessons from the list.
With a package you cannot select more lessons than the remaining credits.
Lessons the customer is already enrolled in appear dimmed with an "Already enrolled in this session" badge, cannot be selected and are skipped by the auto-selection.
Full lessons show a "Full" badge; if you select one anyway, the system asks for confirmation when saving and lets you enrol beyond capacity.
If a selected lesson is after the package expiry date, an amber warning appears: you either approve extending the package validity or remove the overflowing lessons from the selection with one click (auto-selection already skips lessons after the expiry date).
The list loads as you scroll down; once the last lesson is listed, a "Show More Weeks" button appears below it and generates further sessions on the schedule.
Summary and afterwards
The summary step lists the selected lessons as date badges. When you save, a package credit is reserved for each lesson and the lessons appear under the customer in the class's Students tab.
To add lessons to an existing student later, press "Add Lessons" on their row in the Students tab — the same wizard opens with the customer pre-selected.
On mobile you enrol lessons from the class detail → Students tab → Add Student. It is a single scrolling form with five sections: Class, Student, Enrolment Source, Lessons and Note.
Enrolment source
If the class allows both, you choose between Package and Subscription; when only one is permitted it is used automatically. In the package path mobile lists only the packages that still have credits and match the class's allowed services. If more than one credit type qualifies, a Package Service selector appears and shows the remaining credits for each.
Lessons — multiple selection
Upcoming lessons are listed on a timeline with day headers, and the nearest lessons come pre-selected automatically, one for each remaining package credit; remove the ones you don't want. The quick chips (First 4 / 8 / 12) let you narrow the selection. Each selected lesson becomes its own record.
With a package you cannot select more lessons than the remaining credits — the limit is shown above the list.
Lessons the customer is already enrolled in appear dimmed with an "Already enrolled in this session" note, cannot be selected and are skipped by the auto-selection.
With a subscription, lessons after the subscription end date are disabled and cannot be selected.
A full lesson shows a "Full" badge; when you save, mobile asks for confirmation and can enrol beyond capacity.
If a selected lesson is after the package expiry date, an amber panel offers two choices: extend the package validity, or remove the overflowing lessons from the selection.
The list loads as you scroll down; once the last lesson is listed, "Show More Weeks" generates further sessions on the schedule.
The same form opens with the student pre-selected when you tap the + icon on a student's row in the Students tab — the quickest way to add extra lessons to an existing student.
